Thanksgiving and the last day of November 2024

Hello, my bucket list friends. This is my last post about November 2024, except for my things I love post. Work has been beyond busy lately, and that makes it even harder for me to catch up with my blog posts. With that being said, let’s get to it!

November 28, 2024 – This was Thanksgiving day. The day was pretty relaxed overall. Later in the afternoon, we went to my cousin’s house for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a small, relaxed gathering. It was nice to slow down and spend some time with people that I do not get to see very often. It was a nice day.

November 30th – I spent the last day of the month going to some of my favorite stores in town. I started off by going to my favorite local thrift store. I got a few things at the thrift store, including my little pony toy, a coloring book, two other books, a set of four pins, and some stamps. After that, I went to the toy store where I got a bag that had three surprise toys in it ,stickers, a Christmas ornament craft kit, and a whistle that is shaped like a bird. After shopping at two of my favorite stores, I went to Starbucks, where I opened up the bag that had three cute surprise toys inside. Before I went to work, I went to Safeway, where I got some very cute gel clings. At work, I got another surprise toy. It was a good way to spend the last day of November 2024!

An advent calendar, lots of toy collecting, and a colorful art project !

Hello, my bucket list friends!!! Happy December! I hope the last month of 2024 finds you well. I’m still working to get caught up with my blog posts. This post will be focused on some of the fun things that I did in November. With all that being said, let’s get to it.

November 3rd – On this day, I went to Trader Joes, and I got an advent calendar. One thing that is really cool about the advent calendar that I got is that it has ornaments that you can cut out on the back. I always get these as soon as they become available because they can get bought up very quickly. I always recommend buying seasonal items as soon as possible. Since I work in retail, I can tell you that seasonal items get put out pretty early, but they don’t all get bought quickly. Seasonal items get bought up close to whenever the holiday day is. While at Trader Joe’s, I also got some free stickers. I went to Safeway on that day, too. I also got stickers there.

November 4th – On this day, I did some at work shopping. I got some very cute squishy cats that came in a pack of three. I also got some surprise toys that are wrapped in fluff that you have to peal off it see your toy. In addition to that, I also got some Christmas items, including fuzzy socks and a bracelet with bells on it.

November 5th – There was more at work shopping for me on this day. I got this really beautiful and festive red and green hair bow. I also got one of the cutest stuffed toys that I have ever seen. It is a flower pot complete with plush flowers and a smile.

November 6th – This should not come as a shock, but on this day, I bought more items at work, including some surprise Squishmallow toys, a squishy bird, and a beauty advent calendar. However, before going to work, I did go to one of my favorite local toy stores. I got a cute Christmas tree pop toy and some surprise toys and stickers. In addition to all this, I also got another surprise toy at Safeway before going to work.

November 9th – On this day, I got to see my friend! It is always a good time to spend time with the wonderful people in your life. I’m so blessed to have some great friends! I also added a new squishmallow to my collection on this day. It is a cute purple cow!

November 10th – I went to Traders Joes, and I got a free coloring page and stickers!

November 11th – More at work shopping! Christmas items were getting put out, and I was buying them as quickly as I could! I love this light-up snowman cup that I got on this day.

November 12th – On this day, I did an art kit that I had been wanting to do for a while. It is a simple painting art kit. In this art kit, you painted a flower. I made my flower very colorful. I had a lot of fun doing this art kit, and I want to focus on doing more of the many art kits that I have.

November 13th – On this day, I got some cute surprise Christmas items that come with squishy toys. I also got a large present squishy toy!

Thanks for reading about some of my November adventures! I have more adventures from this month to share with you!

Coffee,crayons,Walgreens  and more

Hello, my bucket list friends and welcome to another weekend blog post !!! This weekend was pretty average but it did have some fun moments. I can’t wait to tell you about it so let’s get to it.

Friday- Friday was a pretty normal day. However I did have a few highlights including getting a visit from my neighbor’s dogs. My favorite part of the day was getting Starbucks before work. I love the Christmas themed cups this year they are so fun. Work went well then I went home and that is how my Friday went.

Saturday- I had work but not until mid afternoon so I had time to do some things before work. The first  thing I did was to print out some Crayola coloring pages and activities. I started doing one of the coloring pages but I didn’t have time to finish it because I had some things to do in town before I went to work. The first thing we did was to go and get coffee at Starbucks of course. Then it was off to our favorite park to walk at. The park was busier than it has been but we still enjoyed our walk. The weather was really nice so I’m guessing that is why there were more people there. After the park we went to Whole foods. I shopped quickly because I needed to be at work soon. My favorite things that I got on my quick shopping trip were a box of one of my favorite fruit snacks that comes with collectible cards. I also got two large candy canes and one of them was strawberry flavored. After that I went to work and it went well. When work was over I went to Walgreens. I need to get conditioner because what I had at home was not working well for my hair. In addition getting conditioner I was excited to go look at the Christmas section again. I ended up getting a pop toy shaped like a mitten and two plush dogs that sing when a button is pressed. I also got some snacks and of course the conditioner. It wasn’t a super exciting day but it was a pretty good day.

Sunday- I had the day off on Sunday. I didn’t go anywhere except for on a walk. However I did have Starbucks delivered to the house. I was really craving it so I decided just to splurge and spend the money to have a delivered. I also got a snowman cookie along with my coffee. Yes, it was expensive to have it delivered but I’m happy I did it. Another thing I did on Sunday was to put up more padding in my studio. I’ve been very slow at getting my voice acting career rolling however I’m happy with the progress that I made yesterday. Another fun thing I did was to watch and play along with an interactive Barbie movie on Netflix. It Was fun to see what would happen with different choices. I kind of want to do it again to see how different I can make it. The first time I tried it I accidentally made a mistake and got sent back to the beginning. However when I tried again I really like the way things turned out. I know Netflix has a few interactive movies and maybe I should try another one.

Thanks for reading my post about this weekend! I hope you all have blessed weeks.

thanksgiving in Idaho

Hello, my beautiful bucket list friends! Here we are in the last month of 2017 and I have quite a few blog posts that I want to write and videos that I want to make before we jump on into 2018 so get ready for a lot of updates from this professional dreamer.

This past thanksgiving was very different for me, it was the first thanksgiving that I have ever celebrated outside of California. The biggest difference is that it was colder then California thanksgiving but I’m getting ahead of myself. Let’s go back to Los Angeles, the day after I crossed #139 (go beach hopping) off my list. I woke up very early that Tuesday morning to go LAX, so I could take my first flight of two flights that I would take that day. I got to the airport with plenty of time to spare so I had all the time I needed to find my gate, eat and charge up my phone before getting on my first flight to Seattle. After a two-hour ride I was in the state of Washington for the first time ever. When I arrived, one of the first things I did was look at my flight information on my phone. I was confused at first but it didn’t take long for me to realize that my 2nd flight (the one that would take me to Idaho) was delayed by about 3 hours. Needless to say, I was not very happy about this, but life happens. One of the worst things about being stuck in the airport was looking outside and seeing the awful weather outside but from what I hear that’s just how it is in Seattle. I was really missing the California sunshine at this point . The Disneyland plane that was parked by the windows was able to put a smile on my face, but I had plenty of time before the now delayed plane was ready to go. So I did the best thing I could to lift my mood I bought myself some food, a snow globe and a post card. After my little shopping trip, I relaxed the best I could until it was time for my last flight of the day. When I finally got to Idaho I was tired but excited to see my family and Jewels one of my favorite dogs in the whole world. After going out for a great dinner and spending time with family I crashed. The next day was the day before Thanksgiving so it was a very busy day, but I was able to stop by the Goodwill and get some cool stuff including some My Little Pony toys. It was a fun day filled with lots of shopping, food and family fun. I had a lot of new my little pony toys before the day ended.

The next day  it was time to celebrate thanksgiving with some of the people that I love most.Even tough I was in a different time zone than normal. Thanksgiving was pretty much the same. There was lots of food and time to catch up with those you don’t get to see often. After a great day of celebrating with family and eating lots of wonderful food. It was time to get ready for my 4th and final fight of the trip. The flight back home was fast and before I knew it I was back with my cats in California. It was a good but short trip to Idaho. When I go back I should have more time to explore and maybe even cross off a list item or two.
