my Summer Idaho adventure

Sunday July 15th , 2018

For this trip my first full day in Idaho was Sunday . It was another morning of getting up early but not as early as the past two mornings. I was ok with getting up early because I was doing something very exciting  , I was going to comic con for the first time and I was going to meet John De Lancie who is the voice of Discord on my little pony ! I was super nervous and excited at the same time . When I got to comic con in downtown Boise , I had some time before the scheduled meet and greet time so I walked around and looked at all the cool booths . After a while of looking around it was time to meet  John De Lancie ! it went really quick we just said hi then took a quick picture but he was super cool and friendly ! After meeting him I and picked up my picture . I loved the way the picture turned out I’m very happy I got to meet him and get a great picture . After I went back downstairs to where the booths were but the celebrity area was also downstairs  and I got to meet one more person before leaving comic con. I looked around at all of the celebrities there and I chose to meet Brent Spiner who was Data on Star Trek . He was so nice he even called me Dear ! After comic com , I went back to my grandma’s house and my cousin and her friend came over . After hanging out for a bit my mom , grandma ,  ,my cousin her friend and, I all went to the Goodwill for some shopping ! I love going to the Good Will and this time I found some really cool stuff including an American Girl book , two My Little Pony books ,three shirts including a Disneyland shirt ,two picture frames , and some pony toys ! I also ended the day in the best way possible by going swimming !

Monday July 16th, 2018

Monday was another day of getting up early because in Idaho July is very hot . So outdoor activities are best done in the morning . Today we were going to the zoo . I had been to their zoo before when I went in October but I was excited to go again and to have my cousin and her awesome friend with my mom and I ! We all had a great time at the zoo I loved the butterfly garden there were so many butterflies everywhere one even landed on me ! The penguins are a lot of fun to watch I could spend an hour in there watching them. I also got a new snow globe to add to my collection ! It was pretty hot by the time we left . Going early was the right choice ! This was also the day that my mom and I found a really good frozen yogurt place!

Tuesday July 17th ,2018  and #78

Due to Idaho’s heat Tuesday was another day of getting up early but that was fine with me because I was going to be crossing another item off my list ! When I was looking for fun things to do in Idaho I came across this really cool place called Babby farms it’s only open to the public during the summer months and since my other trips to Idaho were not during the summer months this was my first opportunity to go there . I had seen pictures of some of the animals that they had there and I knew they had a Zebra and from the pictures it looked really friendly.  Babby farms gives people a place to pet animals the you normally would not get to pet .  It was pretty long drive to get there and it was kind of hard to find but it was worth it ! I got to feed and pet some really amazing animals including a camel , a zebu, deer and a mule but my favorite was getting to pet the zebra . I was so excited when I saw the zebra but then was a little worried that I would not get to pet him because he was in the back of his area but when he saw me he came right over ! I loved being able to pet him  he was pretty sweet and of course cute ! It always feels good to cross another item off my list but this one was really awesome I hope I can go back sometime and see the Zebra  ! I also got to go to the movies that night . It was overall a really good day .

Wednesday July 18th , 2018

On Wednesday my mom , my grandparents , and I went to the world center for birds of prey . It was a very interesting place that had a great museum and of course a lot of really awesome birds . The bald eagle was my favorite bird that I saw there . I had never been there before and it was a fun place to explore ! I also went swimming that night !

Thursday  July 19th, 2018

This was my last full day in Idaho since we were leaving early the next morning .

we didn’t have any solid plans for the day but we ended up going out to eat and going exploring . We came across some really cool parks . I wish it wouldn’t have been so hot then I would have had more time to explore . I hope when I go back next time I will get to explore more parks and even go hiking ! It was a great vacation !

The long road to Idaho plus #69

Hello my bucket list friends ! I’m back from my great vacation but I have a lot to tell you about ! So let’s get to it !

The long road to Idaho

After a fun day In Reno it was time to continue on with out trip to Idaho . We woke up early and had breakfast before hitting the road . When we made it to Oregon we took pictures with the sign after that it was a whole lot of nothing and I mean nothing for a long time . East Oregon is not an exciting place but when we finally made it through we stopped and took pictures with the Idaho sign . Now the area around the Oregon sign was nice and clean but the area around the Idaho sign was a mess . There was trash all over . There was even an old pair or slippers ! After some more driving we made it to our destination ! After some rest we went out to dinner . Later that night I went with my mom and my grandma to Walmart I got some pretty cool stuff including a my little pony tooth brush and a beach towel .It was a good way to start off my summer Idaho trip .

#69 Go on a road trip with friends

Even though this was just a one way road trip since my mom and I flew back. It was still a pretty epic one . It had everything from waking up way earlier then anyone should to night time swims just before the pool closes . it was quite an adventure I mean I’m pretty sure we discovered one of the best rest stops ever . I loved sharing this road trip with three amazing people .

Road trip day one – The Reno adventure

Hello , my bucket list friends ! I’m currently on a great vacation ! I have a lot to write about so I’m going to be doing a few blog posts about this trip and here is the first one .

Road trip day one – the Reno adventure !

This past Friday my mom , my cousin and a friend started off on a road trip to Idaho . We started our trip off very early at about 4:30 am .Our plan was to spend the day in Reno and then go on to Idaho the next day . Before we got to Reno we came across the best rest stop that I have ever been to . There was a beautiful half mile hiking trail around it . It was fun to go hikeing at the rest stop .The good thing about leaving so early was we got to Reno without fighting traffic and we got there in time for breakfast . My mom found a really good breakfast place but unfortunately I couldn’t eat much of it before my stomach was hurting. After breakfast we had to walk to Walgreens to get somethings but the GPS gave us odd directions and we ended up walking down this Street in a bad part of town . It was pretty scary but pretty soon we were at Walgreens . Walgreens had a little souvenir section and I bought a snow globe ,a magnet and a shirt . After Walgreens we went to Circus circus I watched a little bit of the circus show then I went and played in the arcade . I played the same game that I played the last time I was there in 2014 . It’s the classic game where you try to throw balls in to floating bowls . My mom got one of the balls in for me and I got a cute lady bug stuffed animal . After that we all explored circus circus some more and went to one of the gift shops there then we started our hike back to the car . After we made it back to the car we drove to the hotel for some much-needed rest . After everyone had rested up we headed to Virginia City . We got there later in the day so a lot of stuff was closed but we went to the candy store , the popcorn/shaved ice place , and a cute store with a really nice owner and a really cute dog ! After our Virginia City adventure we had dinner at Olive garden and we went back to the hotel for some swimming in the indoor pool before calling it a night .

4th of July 2018

Hello , my bucket list friends ! We just had Summer’s major holiday , The 4th of July .

I had a fun time celebrating with my family and I can’t wait to share it with all of you !

Here we go .

4th of July 2018

One of my favorite things to do on the fourth of July is to go to our local minor league baseball game and that is what we did this year .I have gone to the 4th of July game many times over the years and I think my favorite part has always been the beautiful fireworks show that is put on after the game . This year they did a really amazing show but I’m getting ahead of myself . I went to the game this year with my parents and my sister . One of my other favorite things about the fourth of July game is that you get a little american flag for free on your way into the ball park . We started off our ballpark adventure by getting some dinner . I had veggie burger it was really good . This year was really awesome because when I was dancing I finally got to be on the big TV ! I’ve been trying to get on there for a while and this year it finally happened ! The fireworks show was really good this year ! I mean it always is but this year’s was even better than expected !
