A target pick up order, a sensory bin, heart shaped pasta, shopping at the Dollar tree and much more!

Hello, my bucket list, friends! This month has been pretty normal over all but I have gotten to express myself a lot through art , spend some much needed time with my friend, shop at some of my favorite places, and discover prizes that were hidden inside of bath bombs. Work and life in general have kept me busy, so I decided that it would be quicker and easier if I wrote about a bunch of highlights from this month, so let’s get to it

A Target pick up order

01/12/25 – On this day, I did a pick-up order at Target. I love doing pick-up orders here, and I highly recommend it. In this order, I got some bath bombs, craft kits, and Valentine’s Day cards. I got Squishmallow cards that come with pins and Barbie Valentine’s Day cards that come with stickers.

making heart shaped pasta –

01/23/15 – I got some heart-shaped pasta at Trader Joes, and this was the day that I actually cooked some of it. I love this size and color of this pasta. I had a lot of fun making it, and I still have some left.

shopping at the Dollar Tree –

01/19/25- On this day, I met my friend at the Dollar Tree.  I absolutely love this store. And I was very happy to see all the Valentine’s Day items. I love this wooden Valentine’s Day craft kit that I got. It came with two wooden shapes to color. I was also really happy to see that this location had the kitty and puppy in my pocket toys. Some of my other favorite finds from this shopping trip are stickers, shaped erasers,  Squishmallow toothpaste, two Barbie figures, socks, and a notepad.

Getting a fun sensory bin at work –

January 19th

My work is getting so many fun new items. I love the seasonal toys that we have this year. When I saw this sensory bin, I knew that it would be fun and I was right. I love the sand and the animal toys that came with it.

More at work shopping – I have done a lot of at work shopping this month. I love Valentine’s Day and the  seasonal toys that are being sold at my work. I’ve gotten some great items this month, including mini brands surprise toys, art kits, two sensory bins, and a lot more!

January 19

I got this art kit in my Target pick-up order. It is a simple coloring art kit where you color your own squishy toy! I had a lot of fun coloring my new squishy toy!

getting stickers and a coloring page at Trader Joes –

01/18/2025

On this day, I went to Trader Joes, and I got some very cute stickers and a fun coloring page. I love that you can get free stickers and coloring pages here, and of course, they have amazing snacks!

Three trips to my favorite local thrift store

Hello, my bucket list, friends! This month, I’ve visited my favorite local thrift store three times, and I’m excited to let you know all about it, so let’s get to it!

January 4th

I always enjoy finding fun things at my favorite local thrift store. I like this thrift store for many reasons but one reason is that it has great prices. On this day my favorite thrift store find was an American Girl book. This book was one that came with one of the American girl pets. I was very happy when I saw it on the shelf. I also got some foam stickers, foam stamps, a hair scrunchie that has a smiley face pattern, and more! It was a good thrift shopping trip.

January 14th

On a lot of my thrift shopping trips there is one item that stands out from the rest of my haul The standout item from this thrift shopping trip was a pair of pink converse. I have wanted a pair for awhile and when I saw this pair I knew it was meant to be. I also got some super cute stickers, some crayons, a book, a cute pouch that is perfect for art supplies, and a large container that was full of beads. I have already worn my new shoes that I got on this day and I love them so much!

January 26th

I did not have plans to go thrift shopping on this day but my friend was in town so I ended up meeting her here. I was in a weird mood on this day so I kind of just let myself loose and I just kind bought whatever I wanted to. I got a pretty good haul. If I had to choose a stand out item for this thrift shopping trip I would say that it is a pair of yellow heart shaped sun glasses. I liked that they were yellow I have a good amount of heart shaped sunglasses but I really liked that these were a bright and sunny yellow color. I was also really excited that I got a bunch of stickers including some horse stickers. Some other fun items I got on this day were two plush Peeps bunnies, a notebook with flowers on the cover, glitter glue, erasers shaped like crayons, a package of Crayola colored pencils, three shirts, some socks, and a bag of pens. I also got a Cheeta Girls CD because it reminded me of when I was a teenager. It was a fun thrift shopping trip with my friend.

Thank you for reading about my local thrift shopping adventures this month.

Barbie color reveal Disco Star series review

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I love Barbie color reveal dolls, and I was very excited to see that there was a new series available in stores, so I went to Target and got one of these dolls. Without any more delay, here is my review.

Barbie color reveal Disco Star series

One thing that I thought was cool when I saw this series was that all the dolls come with cowboy hats. They also have multicolored hair. The doll that I got has pink and blue hair. I also loved the necklace that this doll came with. This color reveal doll was similar to other color reveal dolls, but I love the theam of this series, and I would recommend adding this to your collection!

Painting a lamp !

Hello, my bucket list, friends ! I bought this really cool craft kit on Amazon . It was a simple painting craft kit, but it was so much fun to do. I can’t wait to tell you more about it some. Let’s get to it!

When I saw this craft kit, I knew I wanted to get it. I do lots of craft kits, but the thing that made me excited about this craft kit was that it was shaped like a cat and that it lights up. After I painted it, I turned the light on, and I loved the way it glowed and made the paint look. I had fun painting this lamp. I find painting to be relaxing, and I would love to do another kit like this sometime.

A craft faire, a light show, and my first NFL game

Hello, my bucket list friends! I did some exciting stuff in December that I did not get around to blogging about, so I’m going to write about it now, so let’s get to it

December 7th, 2024

On this day, I went to one of my favorite local events that happens every year. That event is the holiday craft faire. There is a vendor that has the cutest soaps. I love the soap that has toys inside. I got a few soaps that had toys in them, but close to that booth, I saw another one that I knew I had to check out! This booth was full of pens, key chains, straw toppers, and more! I got some pens ,a key chain, and some straw covers. I alao got coffee while I was at the event.  I very much enjoyed the 2024 craft faire, and im looking forward to going again this year.

December 10th, 2024

On this day I went to Fantasy of lights. This is a local event that started when i was young. I have loved going to this fun drive-through light show ever since it started. I don’t go every year and  unfortunately the prices have increased a lot over the years. However, I really wanted to go, so I paid the high price because I knew I would be upset if I had to miss this event due to money. Honestly, I’m glad I decided to pay the high price because I had a great time going to this event with my parents. I got to see my favorite light displays from when I was a kid, but I also got to see some new displays. I loved the beautiful light up flowers that they had. I’m so blessed that I got to enjoy this year’s event! I loved seeing the bear climb the candy cane again!

December 12 2024

On the day I went to my first NFL game. I was given tickets and I was so thankful! I took a friend who also had never been to an NFl game before. Due to rain there was a bad accident that caused lots of traffic that made us very late. We got there at halftime. However, we still managed to have a great time! We got some great pictures and had some food.  It was so cool seeing a game in person since I have watched many games on TV before. I hope I get to go to another game sometime.

Thanks for reading about the fun events I went to in December 2024!
