My 2020

Hello, my bucket list friends! Can you believe it ? We are at the end of 2020! It’s probably huge understatement to say that this year had it’s challenges. However it also had many highlights for me personally. Even with everything going on I managed to cross nine items off my bucket list. I traveled to Idaho, Montana, Seattle, and Hawaii. I got promoted to full time and I celebrated one year of working for that company. I got some pretty cool items from thrift stores including a lot of great books! I also was able to spend time with some of my favorite people. I did experience some lows as well I had to say goodbye to my beautiful kitty Blanca and there was a trip to the ER. With all things considered this year was alright. My hope for 2021 is that it is a much more relaxing year. Happy new years !

Last thrift trip of 2020

Hello, my bucket list friends! Yesterday, I went thrift shopping for the last time in 2020! I went to one of my favorite Goodwill locations and I was surprised to see how empty a lot of the shelves were. However I was still able to find some great items. Some of my favorite items I found include a foam visor craft kit, two Christmas crafts kits that were both 50% off, an American Girl book and a pair of unicorn slippers. I wonder what I will find on my first thrift shopping trip of 2021.

Blogmas day 24 Christmas ornament DIY.

Hello, my bucket list friends! Today I decorated a Christmas ornament. I got the main part of the ornament from the Dollar tree I filled the ornament with pom poms that also came from the Dollar Tree. After I put the pom poms in the ornament I knew it needed a little something else. I found some glitter glue in another Christmas ornament kit and I used that to decorate the outside of the clear plastic ornament. I’m happy with the way this project turned out but it is still drying at the moment. Have you ever done any DIY Christmas ornaments?

Plus I also got these Hershey kisses treasure boxes that come with My Little Pony toys! What fun Christmas themed items have you been able to find lately?

Blogmas day 21 Oreo candy canes!

Hello, my bucket list friends! Yesterday I was in CVS with my friend Amy. As we were in line to pay we saw a display of candy canes. When I saw the Oreo ones I was instantly curious about what they would taste like. We didn’t have time to try them together because I had to go to work so I left some candy canes with Amy for her to try. While I was on a break at work I tried one and to me it tasted just like chocolate pudding! I definitely recommend this candy for the chocolate lovers. What fun candy cane flavors have you tried?

Blogmas day 19 Christmas Barbie !

Hello, my bucket list friends! Earlier this month I got a Christmas themed Barbie from Target. Today was the day I finally took her out of the box. I just have to say I love her earrings and I love her dress. I would wear a dress like hers but I’d have to pass on those high heels! I also really like the cardboard background that came with this doll . Maybe I’ll use it for an arts and crafts project. Have you seen any cool Christmas themed toys this year?
