A walk on the beach

Hello,my bucket list friends ! I live pretty close to the beach but I don’t go a lot anymore but this week I got to go. I went on a beach walk with my mom and my friend. It felt good to be back at the beach it had been a long time since I had last gone. I felt so free as I ran in the water.  The water was actually surprisingly warm it’s usually very cold. I enjoyed seeing the sand castles that had been built. Also the beach we were at is a dog friendly beach. I loved seeing all the dogs running around and having a good time. Just like that dogs I saw, I had a really great time at the beach ! I hope to go over there more this summer !

Waterloo Summer berry flavor review

Hello, my bucket list friends ! I love drinking sparkling water and Waterloo is one of my favorite brands. when I was in Whole Foods I saw that they had a new Summer Berry flavor and I just had to try it! So without further delay let’s get into the review!

Waterloo Summer berry flavor review

I have to start out by saying that I love the name of this flavor. Summer is my favorite time of year and I love food and drinks that are fruit flavored. When I first took a sip of this drink it reminded me off a vitamin C powder that I have tasted before. I wasn’t a huge fan of the new flavor at first to be honest with you but it grew on me after a while. The Cherry and strawberry Waterloos are still my favorites but I would still recommend giving this flavor a try it may just become your favorite flavor.

Grow animals !

Hello,my bucket list friends ! Recently In another post ( you can read it HERE) I mentioned that I got a sloth grow toy at Target well I also got a dinosaur grow toy at CVS. I can’t wait to tell you more about both of the grow toys so here we go !

Grow animals !

Let’s start with the dinosaur. This grow toy came in a plastic egg filled with slime. I took the dinosaur out of the egg and put it in a cup water. This grow animal was very simple and worked like other grow animals I have seen. In just a day or so my little dinosaur had grown many times it’s size! It was fun to see how big the dinosaur got. Now, on to the sloth. The sloth was different from the dinosaur because you couldn’t even see the sloth at first it was hiding in a tree stump. You put the tree stump in the water so the sloth would grow out of it. On the box it said that it would take the sloth a few days to come out. I left the sloth in there for probably over a week maybe even longer before I broke the stump open and got the pretty big sloth out. I could see the stump breaking more and more as time went on. I thought it’s head was gonna pop up like the picture on the box showed but it was the back of it’s head that popped up instead. When I took The sloth out of the tree stump I was so happy to see how cute it was!   Overall I liked both of these grow toys and I would like to try other grow toys sometime.

Goodwill Shopping adventure May 2020

Hello, my bucket list friends ! Recently I did one of my favorite things, Thrift shopping! I didn’t get a lot of stuff but I did get some pretty great things that I can’t wait to tell you about so let’s go!

Goodwill Shopping adventure May 2020

One of my main goals for this shopping trip was to get some more craft kits. I’ve being doing a fair amount of craft kits lately and I don’t want to run out. I found a bundle of a few items that had a pack of fuzzy pencils on top but included two craft kits. One was a wooden airplane kit the other one was a clay art by number kit. Then I found a unicorn wind chime craft kit.  I was also hoping to find some American Girl books and I was excited to find one pretty quickly after I got to the book section. After the books I moved on to clothes where I got two shirts and a dress. It was an overall successful thrift shopping trip!

Crush flavored candy review

Hello, my bucket list friends ! I have a pretty big sweet tooth. I love many different kinds of candy but I really enjoy fruit flavored things in general like fruit flavored soda. When I saw that Crush soda and some of my favorite candies had teamed up to make some soda flavored candies I knew I just had to try it !

Crush flavored candy review

Sour Patch Kids – I enjoy sour patch kids already so when I saw that they had some new flavors I was excited. The Crush candy flavors tasted different from normal fruit flavored candy but in a good way. The yellow and purple ones were my favorites. Usually yellow or lemon candies taste good to me but not great. The yellow Crush flavored candy had a very unique flavor. I would probably buy a whole bag of just the lemon ones if I could! The only downside to this candy and this goes for the regular Sour Patch Kids as well. Is that the sour coating on the outside of the candies can be rough on your tongue and can cause you to have a sore tongue after a while. Overall I enjoyed this candy especially the yellow and purple ones !

Swedish Fish –  I’m just gonna come right out and say it I loved the crush flavored Swedish Fish ! They had the same great flavors as the Sour Patch kids but with out the rough sour part. I also have to admit that I ate the bag faster then I should have. Oops! If your a fan of fruit flavored candy I highly recommend this. Maybe just make sure you have someone to share it with.

My top 3 places to buy arts and craft kits.

Hello, my bucket list friends ! It’s pretty obvious that I’m a big fan of arts and crafts kits. The kits I get are usually very simple and made with kids in mind. That is one I like about about them. I like doing projects that are simple and not complicated. If you like simple arts and crafts kits too stay tuned because I’m going to tell you my favorite places to buy them.

My top 3 places to buy arts and craft kits.

Dollar Tree – I have found a good amount of arts and craft kits from the Dollar Tree and it’s hard to beat the price. It’s also pretty easy to find some brand name craft kits here such as Crayola or Disney but even the kits that are not from a well known brand have been pretty good overall. The Dollar Tree also has a pretty large selection of arts and craft supplies. If you go looking for arts and craft kits at the Dollar Tree be sure to check out the seasonal section. They usually have seasonal art and crafts kits mixed in with the decorations and other seasonal items.

Thrift Stores – It’s not a secret that I’m a fan of thrift stores but what some people may not know is that they can be great places to find arts and craft kits and art supplies in general. I have found some pretty great arts and crafts kits at thrift stores including unopened Melissa and Doug craft kits! You never know what you might find when you go thrift shopping . Next time you go to a thrift store look around for some arts and crafts kits. You never know what you may find !

Michaels – One of the best arts and crafts stores I have been in ! I love this places It’s not hard to find craft kits here. I also really like the selection of seasonal craft kits that they have. For some one who loves arts and crafts it’s easy to spend a lot of time in this store!

Wooden bird house picture painting

Hello, my bucket list friends. I recently completed another craft kit that I had in my room. It was a very cute wooden picture of a bird house with birds that you paint. With out further delay let’s dive on in !

Wooden bird house picture painting

I was looking at my arts and craft supplies when I found this kit that I got from the Dollar Tree. One thing I loved about it was that the picture of the birds and the bird house was printed on wood and not paper. This kit came with the wooden picture , paints, a paint brush and a string to hang up your picture with. When I was painting I didn’t really care that much that the colors were mixing. I enjoying  painting so much that sometimes I don’t focus on the results. Instead of painting the whole bird house I decided to cover it with dots! I like making dots when I paint. When I was done painting I hung the picture up in my room. I did enjoy this craft kit and I would like to do more kits like this.

My 2020 reading goal

Hello,my bucket list friends! If you take a look at my bucket list you will see that I have some reading goals on there. Such as reading fifty or a hundred books in one year but for this year I deiced to do a smaller goal of 25 books.  ( You can see my progress HERE )   I have read eight books this year so far and I’m starting number nine today.  I have so many books in my room that I haven’t read yet. Doing a reading challenge is giving me a good opportunity to read some of the books I’ve been wanting to read for a while.  I’m kind of surprised at how many books I’ve already read this year! I’ll try to keep all of you updated as I make progress. Happy reading everyone !
