My weekend fun plus a bucket list item in progress

Hello, my bucket list friends! Another weekend has flown on by. It was a pretty average weekend but I still wanted to share it with you. On Friday after work I made a quick stop to Rite Aid where I got some stickers and this snack called moon cheese! I got the pepper jack flavor and it was so good! On Saturday I got Starbucks and went to Dollar Tree. I got art supplies and art kits. I’m excited to create something with them soon. That evening we had game night at a family member’s house. I love playing the domino game Mexican Train. If you’ve never played it before it’s definitely worth trying. On Sunday I began to work on a bucket list item that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. #83 learn to skateboard. I got a skateboard a few years ago but I haven’t spent much time with it. So this weekend I took it outside and worked on getting familiar with it. So far the coolest thing I can do with my skateboard is to sit on it and ride it down the hill like a sled. I know I just have to keep practicing and before I know it, I’ll be confidently skating and I’ll be able to cross that item off my list. I also got Starbucks and we found a really pretty moth outside. There you have it my weekend. Thanks for reading!

Massage,mall, and Savers!

Hello, my bucket list friends! On Saturday I did a lot of my favorite things! It started with going to the mall. I love getting massages at the mall because you don’t need an appointment. I had a lot of tight mussels that needed to be worked out. I’m so glad I got a massage I really needed it. While at the mall I went shopping to two of my favorite stores. First I went to Claire’s where I got new hair bows ,hair Scrunchies, and jewelry. I also went to Daiso where I got some super cute stickers ,socks , buttons, a Disney wash cloth and more! I went to Jamba Juice before I left the mall. However, my shopping fun was not over yet. I also went to Savers. I didn’t find a lot of items on this Savers trip but I did get some cool American girl items. I got a Kirsten bookend, an American Girl bag and a American Girl craft kit. I also got a Disneyland mug, a bag of two beanie babies and a necklace. It was a pretty good shopping day but I hope Savers has some more dolls when I go there next. I was so surprised to see that there were only a few dolls in the doll section and none were Barbies! However I’m very happy with the items I did find . Thanks for reading!

Disney on ice 2/2022

Hello, my bucket list friends! Yesterday, I went to see Disney on ice and it was a lot of fun! The other time I went to Disney on ice I was very young and I don’t remember much. I was excited to see a Disney on ice show as an adult so maybe I could remember it a little more. I loved watching Minnie and Mickey skate around and it was even more fun when Goofy joined them. During the show many Disney movies were highlighted including the Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Cinderella. The costumes were also amazing! It goes without saying that the music was great! One my favorite songs they was was Under the Sea from the Little Mermaid. I got two souvenires from Disney on Ice, a water bottel and a crown with mouse ears on it. I really enjoyed this show and I hope to go to another one sometime. If your a Disney fan of any age I would recommend going to see Disney on ice.

CVS,Target and other fun things!

Hello, my bucket list friends! This is just a post about my adventures this weekend. I like to start these posts with Friday. Yes, I know that technically Friday is not part of the weekend but it feels like it so I like to include it. Anyways, on Friday during my lunch break I walked to CVS. They had some cute Valentines day items available so I got a few including some cute stamps and a cup with a attached straw. Friday night was pretty relaxing. On Saturday I went to Target. I got two new Barbies for my collection. One of them was on sale for under 10 dollars! The other one can switch from mermaid hair to unicorn hair! Another thing I got was these Barbie surprise containers. One of them had a Barbie hair tie inside. I was really excited when I saw it. I got Starbucks on Saturday too!Target plus Starbucks equals a good day! I also went on two walks Saturday! The weather was so sunny and beautiful it almost felt like summer! Oh I also went to Safeway where I got some dinosaur shaped pasta. On Sunday I got Starbucks and I got gummy candy at trader Joe’s. I look forward to many fun weekends in the future!

Three day weekend fun!!

Hello,my bucket list friends! Last weekend was a three day weekend for a lot of people including me. It was nice to have a extra day. My weekend started on Friday when I got off work early. I went thrift shopping at Savers. While at Savers I got three Barbie dolls to add to my collection. My favorite one is a mermaid doll. I also got a new Build a Bear. Some of my other finds include a Lisa Frank pencil pouch, two Barbie yo-yos,a Disney hat,a charm bracelet, and a pair of fuzzy socks. On Saturday I went on a walk with my mom and the neighbor’s dog. It was nice to get out and walk. Walking is great for stress relief. I also did a sticker art project that I had been wanting to do for a while. It is a project from this American Girl sticker kit I have. Also on Saturday I got Starbucks and went to Walgreens. Walgreens has some Valentines day items out and I ended up buying a tube of mini skateboards and a tube of pencils from the Valentines day section. I also got a bag of my favorite vegan candy. After all that we went to a family gathering. It was so good to see my sister since I don’t see her as nearly as often as I would like to. On Sunday I went to Starbucks again. When I went to pick up my mobile order, I saw that they had some free frappuccinos! I was so excited! I chose the strawberry one. We also went to Pharmaca where I got some lip balm along with some other things. We went to Safeway too where I got some Kinder Joy eggs. I love that they come with toys. Monday was not a work day and I got to see my friend Amy . We got got coffee and went to the Dollar Tree. The Dollar Tree had so many great Valentines day items! It was a great time with a great friend. I love it when I actually get to spend time with friends! On Monday night I took an awesome bath! I used three bath bombs that all had prizes in them. I wish evey Monday was like this one was.

Going to the mall and other weekend fun

Hello,my bucket list friends! Another weekend has come and gone. I thought it would be fun to tell you about my adventures this weekend so here we go! On Friday I went to Dollar Tree. I got a lot of cool items including a lot of Barbie items. I was so happy to see all the Barbie brand items at Dollar Tree. Some of my favorite items I got were two Barbie books,a My little pony calendar,stickers and two craft kits. It was my first time at the Dollar Tree since the price increase. I know it’s unfortunate but I understand it. Even with the price increase I will continue to shop at Dollar Tree! After shopping we went to eat at Panera Bread. I love their vegetable soup! Another thing that happened on Friday was that the American Girl doll I ordered arrived! Her name is Camden. She has beautiful blue eyes and dark hair. I’m very happy to have another American Girl doll. On Saturday my mom and I went to the mall. I went to Claire’s and got some fun jewelry and accessories. I really love this one big hair bow I got. I also got a mermaid bubble bar at Lush and a Barbie Christmas ornament at Hallmark. We also got some much needed massages. The mall had this beautiful arch that you could take pictures with. I love the picture of me under the arch. We also got Starbucks and I got a box of popcorn from Target that has a cute picture of the Target dog on it. It was a great day at the mall. On Sunday I had a hard time getting out of bed due to muscle pain. It was hard to move without my muscles locking up. That evening I went to Starbucks and the grocery store. I brought Camden with me on our errands. It was fun bringing my doll to the store. In addition to food I  got a craft kit. As I walked around the grocery store I could feel my muscles getting tight. I’ve been using a tens unit to help with my muscle pain but unfortunately it hasn’t gone away yet and I’ve had to miss work. Other then the pain I was in it was a pretty good weekend. Self care weekend

Hello, my bucket list friends! My stress level has be high lately so I decided to make this a self care weekend. Today is Sunday and can officially say that I have a sore throat and that I’m feeling pretty out of it. I’m not surprised because there has been something going around at my work. I’m happy to say though that it wasn’t till last night I started to feel off so I did enjoy my Friday night and Saturday. On Friday evening I did one of my favorite things. I took a bubble bath with two bath bombs. The bath bombs I used were Christmas themed and they both had prizes in them. I also printed out some coloring pages from Crayola on Friday. If you’re looking for some great coloring pages to print. I highly recommend going to Crayola’s website. Yesterday, I continued to do some of my favorite things to help me de-stress. I went to a local thrift store to see what I could find. This thrift store has shorter hours then the big name stores but I have been trying to visit this store more often. I bought a few fun things including a Barbie doll and a Build a Bear reindeer plush. I also got a very cute Coca-Cola polar bear plush. While we were in town we also went to Starbucks for coffee. Coffee is one of my favorite drinks. When we got home my mom and I went on a walk. The weather was perfect for one. Later that evening we went to a family members house for game night! That brings us today. I plan to spend today relaxing and writing another one of my favorite things.

A trip to the Dollar Tree and a art project

Hello, my bucket list friends and happy Sunday. Yesterday I did some shopping at the Dollar Tree. I was excited to see what items they had for Christmas. At the location I went to there were still many boxes of Christmas items that they had not opened yet. However there were some items out and ready ready to be bought. I got a snowman ornament, a light up Christmas tree, stickers and a wooden Christmas tree in the Christmas section. Some of the other items I picked up on this trip are play- doh, a squishy toy and a wooden word to paint. Today was the day I decided to paint the wooden Word. Painting is a very relaxing activity and I’m glad I did it today. I used three different colors to paint the word hello. I love Painting dots when I paint so I did that on this piece. I love the way it turned out and I want to paint the back when the paint dries.

Savers in the morning and more adventures

Hello,my bucket list friends! Yesterday was a pretty busy day but it was mostly the fun kind of busy. We ending up leaving the house earlier then we normally would. After we went to Starbucks we got to Savers a little bit before it opened. There were are few people waiting outside already so I decided to join the line. By the time the store opened,there was a pretty long line of people behind us. As soon as we got in the store there were carts waiting for us. I grabbed one and headed to the back of the store where the toys are. I was excited to see that there was so many beanie babies! I ended up getting four bags that had two beanies each. Also on the same wall there was a bag with two Lion King plush toys in it! I love finding 90s Lion King items. I also got the Lion King sound track. One of my other favorite finds from this trip is an American Girl art studio kit. I also got two pairs of jeans and some Disney key chains. It was a successful thrift trip! After that we had some errands to run including Whole Foods and mailing an item that I sold on Poshmark. We went back to the house to get my neighbor’s dog. We had plans to go to a pumpkin patch with Amy but due to traffic that didn’t end up happening. We ended up going to dog park and taking a walk around the park where the dog park is. Last night I listed some more items on Poshmark. I’m getting more into this reselling thing. Thanking for reading!

Thrift shopping,friends and more!

Hello,my bucket list friends! Well it is Monday again and that means it time for another week of eight hour work days. I managed to do a lot of stuff this weekend so I thought I would write about it. On Friday after work I went and got my second coffee of the day at Starbucks then we took the neighbor’s dog to the dog park. I enjoy going to the dog park as much as the dogs do! I love being in an area filled with a bunch of happy dogs running around! Some of the dogs even come up to you to be petted! It’s a good way to de-stress. On Saturday I started the day off with a trip to the thrift store. I went to a local thrift store that has limited hours so when I get a chance to go I usually do. This thrift store has low prices especially when compared to Goodwill or Savers. Even though this store is on the smaller size I usually find some awesome things. Saturday was no different. I ended up getting three American Girl books, a beanie baby, a brand new craft kit,and Mickey Mouse colored pencils! While I was at the the thrift store I saw someone I went to high school with. We had a great conversation and took some fun pictures. After that my dad and I went to the hardware store. I was happy to see that they had a lot of Christmas stuff out already! They had more Christmas items then they did the last time I was there. I loved the Christmas trees that they had set up. Later that day we went to go remember my great uncle before he is buried out of state next weekend. Then we went to dinner with family. We went to a restaurant that we had been to before but they had remodeled it and it was so beautiful! That brings us to Sunday. I started my Sunday off by helping at Sunday school. The lesson of the day was Noah’s ark and it’s one of my favorites. After church I met Amy for lunch it was so good to see her! Then we went to Trader Joe’s. Getting errands done is much more fun when you have a friend to chat with. That night we went to my uncle’s house and played a board game. There you have it that was my weekend! Thanks for reading!
