Hello, my bucket list friends! As we say hello to 2020 and make goals for this new year it’s time to take a minute or so to review the goals I made for 2019! Here we go .
New years goals 2019
Decrease my dairy and sugar consumption – Nope just nope.
pay off two of my three credit cards – Another nope.
Get a day planer and use it – Yes ! I loved having my day planner with me it was great for taking notes and remembering appointments. I already got another one for this year .
Use my essential oil diffuser – I started out the year using it but I started hearing about how it can be dangerous for cats and since my cats are in my room a lot I stopped using it .
Get back in to WWE – A little bit but not as much as I would have liked to .
Use twitter more often – somewhat I’ll keep trying to use it more this year
Use coloring for stress relief – I did do some coloring this year and it is good for stress relief and relaxation.
Get to my goal credit score – Nope
Cross 12 things off my bucket list this year – No, but I crossed eight great items off !

Hello, my bucket list friends ! Here we are at the end of 2019. This year seemed to go by very fast like a lot of past years have and I have a lot of things to tell you about ! Here we go !
My 2019 in review
Bucket List items – I crossed 9 items of my bucket list this year ! I didn’t make my goal of 12 items but I’m very happy with the items I was able to cross off . Click on the items below to read about them.
- Put glow sticks in a pool and go swimming
- have a pizza eating contest
- win first place in a contest or event
- go shopping every day for a week
- finish a 10k
- get acupuncture
- ride in a helicopter
- take a Disneyland tour
- get a Disney tattoo
Travel – This year I went on a summer trip to Portland OR. , went on a day trip to San Francisco, visited family in Idaho and enjoyed Christmastime in Disneyland.
Health – This year I made a big step in the right direction for my health by participating in an OCD research study at Stanford. The treatment I received really improved my life. I wrote quite a few posts about this health adventure I’ll link two of the posts HERE and HERE.
Friends and family – I got to spend a good amount of time with some of my favorite people this year. I hope to have even more friend and family time in 2020!
Work – I got hired at pet food express this year ! I love working there so much it’s a really great job . I also gained more experience in the field of massage therapy by getting my first official massage job. Even though I’m not with that company any more , working there gave me a lot of confidence as a massage therapist !
Overall this year was pretty great !

Hello, my bucket list friends ! It’s time to see how well I did with my 2018 goals ! Here we go !
Cook more at home instead of eating out –
Nope this one just didn’t happen . With two jobs and everything else going in my life I was just too tired and too busy to cook . I know some people love to cook and find it relaxing but it just not my thing especially after a long day of work.
Pay off at least one of my credit cards and get the other balances as small as possible –
Another nope but I did get one of my student loans paid off.
Have at least $1000 dollars in my savings account by the end of the year-
Nope not even close !
Pass the MBLEX and start working as a massage therapist
I passed the meblex ( You can read about it here) but I’m still looking for the right place to work as a massage therapist .
Cross 10 more things off my bucket list-
So close ! I crossed 9 things off this year !
Improve my credit score
My credit score is ok but I have not reached my goal number yet.
Get back in to doing races
I did one 5k this year I wanted to do more then that but life got way to busy
As you can see I didn’t do all that great with my goals for this year but overall I’m proud with the things I did accomplish this year. I mean I became a certified massage therapist and met Alice Cooper so I really can’t complain but I hope I meet for of my goals for 2019!
