Coloring, free stickers, and other things on my mind

Hello, my bucket list, friends! This is another one of those blog posts where I just put a whole bunch of things together into one big post. Here we go!

I love this art set that I bought at work – I got this super cute coloring art kit at work that comes with stickers and a stencil sheet. I’ve had a lot of fun coloring the pictures with the cute markers that came with the art kit.

The best back scratcher ever has a smiling apple on top . At my work, we have a display of back scratchers, and they are very affordable. I had been looking at it for a while, and recently, I decided to get this one what had a bamboo pattern and smiling apple on top!

I’ve been writing more on vocal media . My dream job is to be a writer, so I’ve been trying to write more on there to help me gain a wider audience. You can read my latest post HERE.

I got some more free stickers at Trader Joe’s on Friday – I love getting free stickers at Trader Joe’s! All you have to do is ask for them at the checkout. I was very excited when I got the stickers at the end of our shopping trip.

I got two fun things at Safeway on Friday . In addition to groceries, I  got a plastic egg that has stickers and more inside of it and a necklace with clovers on it.

I’ve become a coupon lady – when I went to Safeway yesterday, I took my Safeway app with me. I had clipped a bunch of digital coupons, and it saved me a good amount of money. I also used digital coupons at Target the last time I went there. I highly recommend getting the apps of the stores that you shop at and using digital coupons to save you a lot of money.

I love coffee! I mean, that’s all I really have to say about that !

Two wooden Easter crafts

Hello, my bucket list, friends! On Saturday, I got some Easter craft kits at Dollar Tree, and I just finished coloring the two wooden craft kits that I got . The first one I colored was a wooden Easter decoration that comes with markers. There were two of the same decorations included in the craft kit, but I just colored one of them. I love the way that the colors popped on the wood. My project looked very bright and colorful when I finished coloring it. The 2nd craft was coloring a Ping-Pong paddle that comes with a ball attached to it. It also came with markers to color it. I love how the basket that is part of the design on the ping-pong paddle has a bow on it. I also love all the flowers. When I was done coloring it, the ping-pong paddle was a bright and beautiful work of art. I love simple craft kits like this, and I’m glad I was able to do two of them today!

First weekend of March 2024

Hello, my bucket list, friends! We are now in the lovely month of march! Spring is on the way and we are getting a good amount of rain in my area and that means that there will be lots of nice green grass and healthy plants and wildlife. Even though this was a weekend that had rain off and on, I still enjoyed it, and I’m excited to tell you about it, so let’s get to it!

Friday, March 1st – I had work on this day, but I was excited to go to work because it was employee shopping day. On employee shopping days employees get a larger discount than normal. I got coffee and then I got to work early so I could do some shopping before working. I got some normal house hold items but I also got some fun items including a bunny shaped bead kit, a Rainbow Loom set, a squishy dinosaur toy that comes with gummy candy, a puzzle tube, an egg with a toy hidden inside, a pen with a bunny on it , and a bunny Suqishmallow clip. I also got a lip mask that I’m excited to try. I’ve done face masks before, but never one that is made for and shaped like lips. I had a great employee shopping day.

Saturday, March 2nd – I had this day off ! We had a few errands to do on this day, but the thing that I was most excited about was going to the Dollar Tree. Before we went to the Dollar Tree, we voted and got coffee. It was nice to be able to vote early because there were no lines whatsoever . After voting and getting coffee, we drove to my favorite local Dollar Tree store. This location is my favorite because it is well stocked and clean. The main thing that I wanted to get at the Dollar Tree were Easter craft kits. I got a few craft kits, including two wooden coloring craft kits. I also got a big wooden cross that you can paint. Other items I got were window stickers, two blind bag toys, a velvet poster coloring kit, and a Barbie cup. After the Dollar Tree, we went to a nearby Goodwill to drop off some donations. After dropping off our donations, we went into the store. I got two things in the store a craft kit and a nail care set. We also went to Whole Foods, where I got soup and candy that is in the shape of bunnies. It was a great day!

Sunday, March 3rd – I had work in the afternoon, but before that, I went and got coffee and went to church. It was a rainy and gloomy day, so I was sleepy. I went back to bed until it was time to leave for work. At work , there were a bunch of pens with clovers on top available on the break table. I was excited to get a free pen. The rest of the day was just a normal work day, but overall, it was a good and a great weekend!

Thanks for reading about my weekend! Have a blessed week – Christina Eppperly

A Goodwill trip, a surprise party ,Easter items, and more!

Hello, my bucket list, friends! This post is gonna be about a bunch of different things that happened starting the day I made my way back home from Death Valley. I have a few things that I want to talk about, but since the month is almost over, I’m just going to put them into one post. With that being said, let’s get to it!

2/23 – This was the day that I came back from Death Valley. On the way back, we stopped at a Goodwill. There were a lot of items from Target there, including craft kits. I got some of those. The bad thing about this stop is that the lines were super long. However, I’m happy with the items that I got, including a new purse and some shirts. When we made it back home, I didn’t have a lot of downtime before it was time to go to a family surprise party. I was really looking forward to going to the party and I had a great time. I’m glad I was able to make it to the party.

2/24 – On this day, I had work, but before that, I went to Safeway. One of the first things that I saw when I went into Safeway was some new Hot Wheels cars. I got two of them. Another item that I was really excited about was a set of Peeps finger puppets. I saw this this item before, but I didn’t get it. I decided to get it this time, and I’m happy that I did. I also got a Peeps egg that has a surprise inside. Before work started, I got a Nerf football Valentine’s Day toy and candy set that was on sale. during my break at work, I got another hot wheel car and a Peeps Pez dispenser.

2/25 – I had work again on this day, but I started the day by going to church and getting coffee. After church, I went on a bunch of errands, including going to Trader Joe’s, where I got free stickers. Getting stickers at Trader Joe’s is one of my new favorite things. At work that day, I got another Valentines’ Day item, a teddy bear that came with a heart-shaped box of chocolate. I also got  two more Easter items, another PEZ dispenser, and a cross shaped lollypop that comes with a bookmark and more. I love all the Easter items that my work has.

2/26 – Another work day and another day that I bought Easter items. I love this cross tin that I got. I also got a Peeps treasure chest.

2/27 – This day at work, I got a hat that was on sale as well as a pair of bunny ears and an Easter necklace. I also got some markers that were on sale and an Easter surpise toy.

2/ 28 – Yesterday was pretty much the same as the days before I  got coffee and went to work. I got a unicorn and two Easter Kinder eggs on my break. It was a beautiful sunny day and I’m missing it already.

Target shopping and a cute turtle

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I’ve gotten behind on blog posts lately. If you follow me on Instagram (Summerrockstar) or X aka Twitter ( mallstar), you know that I went on a vacation to Death Valley National Park. There may be some of you who are waiting for my posts about that, and I will get to it soon. However, before that, I wanted to do a post about a shopping trip to Target that I went on as well as an item that I got at another store. With all that being said, let’s get to it!

Saturday 2/ 17 On this day, I had work, but I left the house early so I could have time to go to Target before work. I got two bath bombs. Target has one of my favorite brands of bath bombs that have prizes inside! I also got some fun items in the dollar section, like light up bath cubes and shoe charms. In the seasonal section, I got an egg with a toy hidden inside. Other items I got included stickers and a hair clip. It was a good Target run. After Target, we went to Whole Foods. At Whole Foods, I got this plush turtle that hugs you. I had it on my arm the rest of the day, including at work. Speaking of work, I got two more surprise eggs that have toys inside. I’m excited to see what toys they have in them.

My review of rainbow corns toys!

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I love collecting and reviewing toys. Recently, I got to different rainbow corns toys. One is a puppycorn. The other is a bunnycorn. Today, I opened both of them. I’m gonna come right out and say it. I love these toys! Inside each surprise, egg is a very cute plush toy.  They both came with stickers, and the puppy one had a few more accessories with it. I highly recommend looking into these toys if you are looking for something new to collect. I made a reel on Instagram of me opening the two toys. My username is  summerrockstar if you would like to see it.

Bucket list item 182 make pasta from scratch

Hello, my bucket list, friends ! I’m very happy to say that I’ve crossed off my first bucket list item in 2024! Yesterday, I made pasta from scratch. I do not consider myself to be very talented in the kitchen. I cook with the microwave most of the time. However, It turns out that making pasta from scratch is pretty easy. The main things that I needed were flour and eggs. I went to a grocery store yesterday that I do not normally go to. While I was there I some very cute valentines Day cards and some cupcakes with rings on top. When It came time to make my pasta, I was excited to cross another item off of my bucket list, but I was nervous that something would go wrong since I’m not very talented in the kitchen. However, I’m very happy to say I was able to mix the two ingredients together, let the dough rest, shape the noodles, and then cook them on the stove. I’m very proud of my pasta, and it tastes good, too. I can definitely see myself doing this again.
