Hello, my bucket list, friends! It has come to my attention that I have not blogged in a little bit, and I feel the need to make a blog post even though I do not have a lot to say right now. anyways, I thought I would write about the highlights of my month so far, so let’s get to it!
I’ve been enjoying some sunny days – It is sunny outside as I write this. I have been enjoying the comfort that the sunshine gives me. My cat Cooper has been enjoying it, too.
I’ve done a lot of shopping at work . All of the Easter items are on sale, so I have been getting a lot of them this month. On Saturday, I got a cactus themed Easter basket that came with stickers , a cute cactus plush, and other items. Some other items I’ve gotten this month include a sticker book, mini backpacks with fun items inside, Pez dispensers, a plastic lollypop that has squishy toys inside, and two light up toys one is Peeps themed the other is a cute bug. We have started to put out the summer items at my work, and I’m super excited about that. Last night, I bought some reusable ice cubes, but they are not regular cube shaped ice cubes. They are in the shape of fun tropical things like flamingos and pineapples!

Baja Fresh – I went to Baja Fresh this month . I love their food and their free stickers.
Hello, my bucket list, friends! Well, it looks like it is time to look back on another month! This was a pretty normal month, but there were some things that are definitely worth highlighting. With that being said, let’s get to the things I loved in March 2024!
getting to see my friend – I had a great day with my friend on one of my days off this month. While we were hanging out together, we went thrift shopping, and we also ate at one of our favorite places. ( You can read about it HERE )
Going to the Travel and adventure show – This was a really awesome event. I got to ask the host of the Amazing Race a question, and I got a free shirt for asking a question. (You can read about it HERE )
Two trips to Target, including a pick-up order – I got to go to Target twice this month. My latest trip to Target included a pick-up order, and I recommend getting a pick-up order if you need to save time. ( You can read about it HERE and HERE )
getting stickers and more at Michaels – I’ve been really into stickers lately, and I got to get some great ones when I went shopping at Michaels this month. ( You can read about it HERE )
Crayola garden stake art kit – I had fun painting one of the many craft kits that I have. ( You can read about it HERE )
Spring 2024 – I’m loving the beautiful springtime! I welcomed spring this year by coloring a fun coloring page that I got at Trader Joes ( You can read about it HERE )

Hello, my bucket list friends! I’ve gotten a little bit behind on my blog posts, so I’m going to do one big blog post to catch up before we review the month of march 2024. I’m going to start with Monday, March 25th, so let’s get to it!
Monday March 25th – On this day I got paid and I also went to work. At work, I bought a bunch of Easter stuff, including a bunny shape basket. It seems like we have holiday items for a long time and as it get closer to whatever holiday they start selling out all of a sudden. I remember there being a good amount of baskets left on this day. Then, not very long after this, we had little to no baskets left. One of the best pieces of advice I can give you as a retail worker is buy seasonal items as soon as you can, especially if you lived in an overpopulated area like I do.
Tuesday, March 26th – Another work day, but it was a nice day. I love the pictures that I took before work in the sunshine. I also bought a Squishmallow on this day because it was on sale and it is super cute.
Wednesday, March 27th – Another work day, but I went to Safeway before walking over to work. At Safeway, I got juice that comes with toys. I also opened up a surprise toy that I had at home on this day. You can see the video of me opening it on my Instagram. ( summerrockstar) I was surprised that the toy was so cute! Opening a cute toy before work is a good way to put you in a good mood . before you start your shift.
Thursday, March 28th – I had this day off. I opened up some surprise egg toys that I had been meaning to open. In order to get to the surprise inside of the egg, you had to use tools to dig the toys out of the eggs. it was messy but fun. The thing that I was most excited about on this day was going to Target. I decided to do a pick-up order to save time. There were a lot of items that you could order through the target app, but I could not see what items were in the dollar section. When it was time to pick up my order after making a stop for coffee, I went into Target. I went to the dollar section before going to pick up my order. I saw many cute items in the dollar section. I ended up getting some fidget toys, including two very cute jellyfish toys that I made a video about. You can also see that on my Instagram. I also got a Barbie notebook and a package of bath crayons before going to pick up my order. In my order, I got food, but I also got some fun items, including craft kits, bath bombs, stickers, and a coloring book. While I was picking up my order, I noticed some Target stickers at the pick-up counter. I asked if I could have some, and I was so happy when the employee handed me a few stickers. Later that day, I went with my mom to an event at her work it was a great day off.
Friday, March 29 – I had work on this day, and I knew that this day may be one of my last chances to buy Easter
I bought a bunch of items but not just Easter items. I bought a mini backpack that comes with stickers and other items, a set of hairbows, surprise toys, and more. I LOVE the bunny plush I got on this day! It is so cute! I loved bunnies as a kid, and holding this plush bunny reminded me of that. I decided since I got so many items today that I would not buy any items at work the next day, but as you will see, things did not go according to plan.
Saturday, March 30th – I had work on this day, but I woke up kind of early to go to an appointment with my mom, and then we went to get coffee. I did not have until later in the day, so we went home for a while. I was having a good day. I got to see some of my neighbors, and that was nice. I also used my new bath crayons in the shower. Before work, I went to Safeway. At Safeway, I got some things for lunch. I also got my favorite fruit snacks that have trading cards with them. I also got more juices that come with toys. Since it was the day before Easter, I got some cookies to share with my coworkers. I was in a really good mood when I git to work. Unfortunately, my good mood did not stay. My work was beyond busy! It was very overwhelming, and dealing with some people in the public can be very challenging . Today was a very challenging day. I ended up buying some toys to give me so temporary joy. I was very stressed when the day ended.
Sunday, March 31st – I also had work on this day, but I started my Sunday the way I start a lot of my Sundays. I went and got coffee and I went to church. Church was good but It was very busy because it was Easter. After church, there was a potluck. After church, I went home and took a nap before going to work. I got coffee before work. Work was very slow, but it was nice compared to the day before. I did buy a few things at work, including this really awesome detangling hair brush, and that was my last day of March 2024!
Hello, my bucket list, friends! As many of you know, my work schedule changes every week, so my days off are always changing. I don’t have traditional weekends, but I still think Saturdays and Sundays are enjoyable. This weekend, I happened to have a Saturday off. I hope all of you had a great weekend, even if you had work.
Friday, March 22nd – I had work on this day. I worked the same shift that I have been working lately. During my break, I bought a sticker activity book. I have been really into stickers lately. I got some other items at work on this day too including two more Good 2 Grow juice tops to add to my collection. If you collect Good 2 Grow juice tops, I highly recommend getting the app.
Saturday, March 23rd – I had this day off, but I had to get up kind of early to go to an appointment in Napa. On the way back, we stopped at Michaels, and I got a bunch of stickers, of course. There was a very large selection of stickers. I was very excited to see some summer stickers. I also got a Barbie Pez dispenser and a wooden painting craft kit. We also picked up lunch at Baja Fresh, which is a very underrated place, in my opinion. There were free Easter pencils there and I was very happy. Later that day we went on a walk. It was an overall good day off.
Sunday, March 24th – I had work on this day, but not until later in the day. Before church, I got coffee. When we went to go get coffee, there was a husky in a car, and I howled, and the dog howled back it was so cute! I wish I had it on video. It was palm Sunday, so we had palm branches decorating the church. After church, there was a lunch, and I ended up staying for a long time. It was good to hang out and talk to people that I don’t normally get to talk to for more than a minute or so. At work, I noticed that there were some good sales on Easter items. I got this singing shark toy that comes with candy. I had been wanting it and I was very happy to see that it was on sale for a good price. I also got a Pez dispenser and a peeps treasure chest that was on sale, too.

This is another blog post where I just want to write about whatever random thoughts happen to be on my mind, so here we go!
Yesterday, I went to Safeway, and I got some of my favorite things. I know that it may seem weird to some that I highlight my trips to the grocery store, but I enjoy getting out and shopping even when it is just a normal errand. I think that it is important to enjoy the little things in life. Some of my favorite things that I got were my favorite fruit snacks that come with trading cards, two different brands of juice that come with toys, and an egg dyeing kit that comes with stickers! I’ve been more excited about getting stickers lately, even though I’ve bought tons of stickers in my life.
I got more stickers at work on Tuesday. I bought two different items an egg dye kit and a plastic egg that had candy and stickers in it. The egg dye kit that I got on this day was different than the one I got yesterday, but they both came with stickers.
It is supposed to start raining soon……………. I’m not really looking forward to it. I know that rain is important but I have been enjoying the sun.
One of the juice brands that I collect is called good 2 grow and I recently just found out that they have an app where you can download and use it to keep track of your collection and earn badges. If you collect good 2 grow, I recommend using this app.
I’ve been listening to audio books lately, but I haven’t actually been reading much, and I know that I need to get back into that, but audio books seem to be a lot less expensive. When I want to read a specific book, especially a new one, I will get an audio book to save money.
I’ve been getting more pictures printed lately. I have so many photos that are digital, and I think it is a good idea to get them printed. I recently got a bunch of pictures printed from when I was a teenager since most of the pictures that I have from that time are all digital.
Hello, my bucket list, friends! Yesterday, I got one of the many art kits from my room. I had the day off, and art is something I love to do on my days off. This art kit was a simple painting art kit. The point of this kit is to paint a wooden garden stake. The kit came with three paint colors, but it also came with a color mixing guide. I did use the guide so I could get more colors. I did enjoy this art kit, and I’m happy with the final results!
Hello, my bucket list, friends! I wanted to get caught up on my blog posts so I’m going start with this one that is mainly about shopping but I do have some other things I want to discuss that I will put towards the end of this post. Also,I did a fun coloring page, and I will be doing a post about that soon. Without any more delay, let’s get to it!
Saturday’s Target trip – After going to the travel show, I went to Target. I had some coupons clipped on the Target app that I wanted to use. I was happy to see that there was a coupon that I could use for stickers. In the dollar section, I got a confetti crayon, shoe charms, and a water toy. In the Barbie section, I got a cutie reveal pet. In another part of the toy section, I got a kinetic sand toy .I also got a craft kit and, of course, the stickers that I had a coupon for. Oh, I also got a Barbie bath bomb!
Things I bought from work – I love going shopping at my work! I get a good employee discount. On Friday, I got another mini notebook, mechanical pencils, and a craft kit. Sunday was Saint Patrick’s day. I did dress up a little bit for the day. I bought a light up clover necklace at work this day. I also got two Easter toys because there was a sale. I also got a toy that is similar to color reveal toys that was on clearance. Some post-it notes and glitter glue. I love buying items on clearance!
Yesterday, I bought two clearance items at work, and those items are a hot wheels playset and a set of markers. I also got some of my favorite candies that were also on clearance.
Other things I want to talk about!
I may cross another item off of my bucket list soon . It is not a huge item, but it will be exciting to cross off a second list item this year.
I’ve been thinking about adding more items to my bucket list – I had already been thinking about it but since I went to the travel and adventure show I have been more inspired to add more items to my list. If you have any suggestions for list items, I would love to hear them.
Hello, my bucket list, friends! On Saturday I went to the travel and adventure show. It was at a local convention center that I had never been to before. I was excited to go to an event that I had never been to before. However, I was most excited to see Phil Keoghan, who is the host of The Amazing Race. The Amazing Race is one of my favorite TV shows. When my mom and I arrived at the show, we went to where Phil would be speaking. I was happy that we got seats with a good view. It was so cool to be that close to someone that I had seen on TV for years! When his amazing speech was over. The audience got a chance to ask questions. If you asked a question, you got two free shirts. Of course, I had to ask a question. I was not sure what I was gonna ask at first. I had come up with a question in my head while I was waiting for my turn. However, when I got up to the microphone, I decided to ask another question. You can see the video of me asking my question on my Instagram (summerrockstar) or on X (mallstar). The question that I ended up asking was, “What is an item on your bucket list that you have not crossed off yet that you are looking forward to?” Phil said that he wanted to go to space, but he went into detail about how he would say it for the Amazing Race. It was great! After seeing Phil, my mom and I explored the rest of the travel show. There was so much to see. There were many booths. I got so much free stuff, including pens, stickers, and a candle. I also got to learn about places that I had not thought about going to before. Another thing I did was that I got to met some very cute dogs that help to protect our agriculture. If you get a chance to go to a travel show, I highly recommend going.

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I’ve had some really good days this week, and I hope you did as well. I wanted to share some of the good things that I’ve experienced this week, so let’s get to it.
Monday, March 11th – On this day, I bought some really cool things from work, including a set of gel pens that I have been wanting to get for a while now. I also got a plush basket that has plush toys in it, a bead kit, some stickers, and juice that has toys on top! Another thing I bought on this day was skin tag removal patches. I have this skin tag by my eye that has been bothering me, so I’m excited to finally get rid of it.
Tuesday, March 12th – On this day, I had the day off. I didn’t have any plans, but it turned out to be a really great day. My amazing friend called me and asked if I wanted to hang out. I was immediately excited to see her! Our first stop was going to my favorite local thrift store. At first I didn’t find anything but then I saw a bag of stickers for a dollar. After that, I began finding more items, including bags of beads , a teddy bear , a dinosaur toy, and a Barbie doll. After that, my friend and I went to the candy store. This is one of my favorite places to go with my friends. My friend and I also went to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. This day was truly amazing! I love it when I get to spend a day with a friend.
Wednesday, March 13th – I had work on this day, and of course, I bought something else that I had my eye on at work. A bunny Play-Doh set. I also got two little notebooks that were on sale.
Thursday, March 14th – Another work day, but I went to Safeway before going to work. I’ve gotten really into using coupons on the Safeway app, and it has saved me a lot of money. I got some of my favorite food items at Safeway, including my favorite fruit snacks that come with trading cards. I also got a large pack of gum that comes in a plastic refillable case. That was something that I had been wanting to get, so I got it when I saw it in the self checkout area. After Safeway, it was time for work. For some reason, work has been very busy this week, and today was no different. I was doing a lot of multi-tasking throughout the day. I bought this headband on my break that I had been wanting to get. I was gonna get some scented markers that are the same brand that I had when I was a kid, but we were sold out, however I did get a set of colorful pens that were on sale instead. I also got more mini note books.
Hello, my bucket list, friends! On Saturday before work, I bought this sticker set that I had been thinking about getting for a while now. I also bought a mini notebook. I started putting my favorite stickers from the sticker set in the notebook. I had fun making sticker pictures in my new mini notebook. I have not completed my little sticker book yet, but I wanted to share some of the pages with you! I hope this inspires you to be creative!
