My review of coca cola spiced raspberry

Hello, my bucket list, friends! It is time for another soda review! This time, we are looking at Coca-Cola spiced raspberry flavor. Coca-Cola has come up with some very interesting flavors, and I was excited to try another one. This drink was overall pretty good but not amazing. It was not bad in my opinion, but it was not something that I would rush out to buy again. The raspberry flavor was alright but not anything special. It was worth trying, and if you’re a big fan of raspberry flavor, you may really like this drink. Thanks for reading love, Christina Epperly.

A Goodwill trip, a surprise party ,Easter items, and more!

Hello, my bucket list, friends! This post is gonna be about a bunch of different things that happened starting the day I made my way back home from Death Valley. I have a few things that I want to talk about, but since the month is almost over, I’m just going to put them into one post. With that being said, let’s get to it!

2/23 – This was the day that I came back from Death Valley. On the way back, we stopped at a Goodwill. There were a lot of items from Target there, including craft kits. I got some of those. The bad thing about this stop is that the lines were super long. However, I’m happy with the items that I got, including a new purse and some shirts. When we made it back home, I didn’t have a lot of downtime before it was time to go to a family surprise party. I was really looking forward to going to the party and I had a great time. I’m glad I was able to make it to the party.

2/24 – On this day, I had work, but before that, I went to Safeway. One of the first things that I saw when I went into Safeway was some new Hot Wheels cars. I got two of them. Another item that I was really excited about was a set of Peeps finger puppets. I saw this this item before, but I didn’t get it. I decided to get it this time, and I’m happy that I did. I also got a Peeps egg that has a surprise inside. Before work started, I got a Nerf football Valentine’s Day toy and candy set that was on sale. during my break at work, I got another hot wheel car and a Peeps Pez dispenser.

2/25 – I had work again on this day, but I started the day by going to church and getting coffee. After church, I went on a bunch of errands, including going to Trader Joe’s, where I got free stickers. Getting stickers at Trader Joe’s is one of my new favorite things. At work that day, I got another Valentines’ Day item, a teddy bear that came with a heart-shaped box of chocolate. I also got  two more Easter items, another PEZ dispenser, and a cross shaped lollypop that comes with a bookmark and more. I love all the Easter items that my work has.

2/26 – Another work day and another day that I bought Easter items. I love this cross tin that I got. I also got a Peeps treasure chest.

2/27 – This day at work, I got a hat that was on sale as well as a pair of bunny ears and an Easter necklace. I also got some markers that were on sale and an Easter surpise toy.

2/ 28 – Yesterday was pretty much the same as the days before I  got coffee and went to work. I got a unicorn and two Easter Kinder eggs on my break. It was a beautiful sunny day and I’m missing it already.

My Death Valley adventure

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I recently returned from a wonderful vacation to Death Valley National Park. It was my first time going there, and I highly recommend going if you get the chance.

Death Valley Day one – My mom and I started our vacation with an eight hour drive. On the way there, we stopped in this small town called Trona. They had a really good gas station store with good prices. That is where I got my first souvenirs of this vacation. When we arrived in the park, we made a stop at the sand dunes. The dunes were like being in an endless sandbox with hills. It was an interesting place to explore. After exploring the sand dunes, we went to the visitor center. The visitor center is on the smaller size, but it has a good selection of items for sale as well as some informative displays. After the sand dunes and the visitor center we got to our hotel. We stayed at the ranch in Death Valley. I loved staying there. They have a lot of things to do at the ranch. They have a cute general store, a huge pool , and an outdoor museum, just to name a few. The first night that we were there, I walked to the general store, and I got some postcards. It was a great first day of vacation.

Death Valley day two – Our first adventure of day two was going to Golden Canyon. This is a very beautiful hike, and the canyon is something I think everyone should see if they get the chance. This place is similar to what someone may picture a different planet would look like. This is a great spot for pictures. After that, we went to a spot known as artists Palette. This is also a great place to take pictures. The view here is beautiful. Another place we went to on this day was Harmony Borax works. We learned a lot about the borax industry here, but my favorite part was walking on the crunchy salt. Our last big adventure of this day was going to see Ubehebe crater. It was so windy it was hard to stand up straight, but the crater was truly amazing to see. We didn’t stay long due to the wind but I’m glad we went to see it.

Death Valley day three – Our first adventure of this day was going to visit Bad Water basin. Bad Water Basin is known for having the lowest elevation in North America. The basin has changed due storms, and there is now a lake that is not usually there. This is an interesting place to visit, especially right now, and I’m glad I got to see it. On this day we also went on a tour where we went to see some places that our car could not drive to. One of the things that I saw on the tour that stood out to me was a big tear shaped hole in a rock formation. I got some good pictures of that. After the tour, we explored the outdoor museum at our hotel. I also got ice cream at the ice cream shop at our hotel, and it was amazing. This was the first night that we went swimming in the large pool at the hotel. It was another great day of vacation.

Death Valley day four – This was our last full day of vacation before we went back home. We went to another viewpoint and of course it was beautiful. Another person that was at the same spot took some pictures of my mom and I, and they look great! After that we went to the visitor center again. I got a pressed penny and a bookmark. We had lunch at our hotel and it was really good. later that day we went out again but this time I brought a friend with me my Squishmallow raven named Ronald. Ronald has his own instagram page. ( ronaldtheraven ) I took Ronald with us so that he could get some pictures for his instagram page. We went to some of the places that we had already visited, and Ronald loved taking pictures, and of course, the pictures turned out great. That night we went swimming again. It was the perfect way to wrap up our vacation.

Target shopping and a cute turtle

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I’ve gotten behind on blog posts lately. If you follow me on Instagram (Summerrockstar) or X aka Twitter ( mallstar), you know that I went on a vacation to Death Valley National Park. There may be some of you who are waiting for my posts about that, and I will get to it soon. However, before that, I wanted to do a post about a shopping trip to Target that I went on as well as an item that I got at another store. With all that being said, let’s get to it!

Saturday 2/ 17 On this day, I had work, but I left the house early so I could have time to go to Target before work. I got two bath bombs. Target has one of my favorite brands of bath bombs that have prizes inside! I also got some fun items in the dollar section, like light up bath cubes and shoe charms. In the seasonal section, I got an egg with a toy hidden inside. Other items I got included stickers and a hair clip. It was a good Target run. After Target, we went to Whole Foods. At Whole Foods, I got this plush turtle that hugs you. I had it on my arm the rest of the day, including at work. Speaking of work, I got two more surprise eggs that have toys inside. I’m excited to see what toys they have in them.

All the Valentine’s Day things!

Hello, my bucket list, friends, and happy late Valentine’s Day! Even though I had work, I did my best to enjoy the holiday this year. I hope all of you had a beautiful Valentine’s Day!

February 13th – I thought that this day was going to be a normal work day. Before work, I stopped at Safeway. I got some hot wheels car, a plastic chick that has stickers inside, a cupcake with a ring on top, and my favorite fruit snacks. However, the store was busy, and it took more than I thought it would. My mom had to bring me coffee while I was at work because I did not have time before to go get it. At work it was one of the busiest days that I have ever seen since I’ve been working there. It was a constant flow of people complete with long lines. I got overwhelmed, but I made it, though. I did go shopping on my breaks. I got a heart-shaped necklace, a bead kit , a scratch art kit, and a plush toy that comes with candy. It was a stressful day but a good day when all was said and done.

February 14th – Today was Valentine’s Day. I was kind of excited. Valentine’s Day is not a day I usually get very excited about. I was excited to put on the new heart-shaped necklace that I had gotten the day before I also put on the heart-shaped ring that was on top of the cupcake I had the day before. I did a little selfie photoshoot in my Valentine’s Day gear. I worked the same shift that I had the day before. I went to Starbucks before going to work. Work was busy but near as crazy as it was the day before. I got a visit from one of my favorite customers a very cute dog. I got myself another plush toy that comes with candy, and I also got another Valentines Day cupcake because someone had brought some to share. The cupcake had a plastic decoration on top that said love. It was a pretty good Valentine’s Day !

February 15th – The day after any major holiday usually means that there will be a sale. I got to work early so I could get some Valentine’s Day items at half price, two sets of Valentine’s day cards one of them has stickers, a pair of pants that are covered in a heart pattern and a fuzzy journal that is decorated to look like a cat. I love it after holiday sales! Also, our Easter items have started to be available more, and more of them have been displayed. I’m excited for Easter time!

Hidden in the chocolate were two very cute baby animal toys, a seal, and a bird. Also, before work, I went to Starbucks and the park with my mom. It was a nice day, and it was good to get outside. Before I clocked in for my shift, I bought some Valentine’s Day items. During my break, I got some other items, including clearance items. It was a pretty good day.

My first Savers haul of 2024

Hello, my bucket list, friends! On Wednesday, I went to Savers for the first time this year. I got to spend a good amount of the there. I got a lot of craft kits, including an American Girl craft kit. I also got two Barbie dolls, a pair of sunglasses, a bag full of American flag pins, and some books. I was hoping that I would find more books than I did. I was really hoping to find some Barbie or American Girl books that I didn’t have, but unfortunately, I didn’t. But I did get some My Little Pony books and two short animal books. One highlight of this thrift shopping trip was when I got this beautiful Justice brand tote bag. It looks like it hasn’t been used at all. I also got a braclet that had the original tag on it. There were  a good amount of Squishmallows here, but I didn’t see any that I really wanted. Overall, I’m happy with my first Savers trip of the year. I  wonder what other items I will get at thrift stores this year.

My review of rainbow corns toys!

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I love collecting and reviewing toys. Recently, I got to different rainbow corns toys. One is a puppycorn. The other is a bunnycorn. Today, I opened both of them. I’m gonna come right out and say it. I love these toys! Inside each surprise, egg is a very cute plush toy.  They both came with stickers, and the puppy one had a few more accessories with it. I highly recommend looking into these toys if you are looking for something new to collect. I made a reel on Instagram of me opening the two toys. My username is  summerrockstar if you would like to see it.

Thanks for reading and happy collecting!

The first weekend in February, hot wheels,  bunny corns, stickers, and a power outage

Hello, my bucket list, friends! Along with welcoming a new month, the area I live in has also welcomed a lot of wind and rain. I know that rain is very important but it is not my favorite kind of weather, one reason being that it makes me tired and unmotivated. With that being said, I’m thankful for it. Before I ramble anymore about the weather, let’s get to my weekend highlights.

Friday – I worked my regular evening shift on this day. Before work, I went and got coffee at Starbucks. The day was pretty normal. My biggest highlight was doing some shopping at work. I got a purple Hot Wheels car and some clearance items, including more surprise toys and hair ties. I also got some more Valentine’s Day items.

Saturday – I worked the same shift that I had the day before. Earlier in the day, I went to ACE, where I got a key chain and a set of hot wheels cars. Right before work, I went to Safeway and the park. At Safeway, I got a Bunny Corns surprise toy. I enjoyed walking in the park it was a good time to walk because it was not raining. Work went well, and I also got more clearance surprise toys.

Sunday – Ok, here is the day where things get a little less normal. The weather got very intense on this day. The wind was more concerning than the rain was. At church, I spent a good amount of time focused on the trees, blowing back and forth outside of the windows. I was kind of surprised that the power did not go out during church since power outages are very common in the area where my church is. After church we went to town to do a few errands. At the restaurant that we went to for lunch, I got a free Valentine’s Day pencil. At Trader Joe’s I got some Valentine’s Day stickers. After running errands, I had a good amount of time before I had to go to work. I watched some of the Pro Bowl games on TV, It was really fun to watch. During this time, the wind really picked up. I was looking at the window at the trees again. Before work, I went to Starbucks. At work, a lot of people were coming in to buy flashlights since there were many power outages nearby. Soon after that the power went out at work and we had to close the store. The power was also out at my house. From what I know, another storm is coming. I hope there are no more power outages, but I have a feeling that there will be more. Stay safe, everyone!
