Hello, my bucket list friends! Welcome to the last part of my Montana adventure. I’m excited to tell you about the last part of this fun vacation so let’s get to it!
Montana adventure part 4
This was our last full day in Montana. We had a few more things that we wanted to do before we headed for home the next day. Our first stop was the Yellowstone Kelly interpretive site. It’s a interesting place with a lot of information about the man known as Yellowstone Kelly. After exploring the interpretive site we went on a walk before getting an Uber to the Yellowstone county museum. I’m really glad that we went to this museum it was one of our favorites. The museum had exhibits inside and out. My favorites are the big train outside of the museum and the exhibit about baseball inside. This museum also had a gift shop and I got a really nice snow globe. The museum is located next the airport. If you ever fly into Billings and have the time I highly recommend going to see this museum. After our museum it was time for something that we were both really looking forward to massages! We had made appointments at the Massage Envy in Billings for some much needed relaxation. After our massages we went to eat. Then we headed back to our hotel to pack. I really enjoyed my last full day in Montana!
On day eight we spent a lot of time in airports. Our flight wasn’t until evening but check out time was noon so we spent quite a few hours in the Billings airport before our first flight. The one highlight of spending that much time in the Billings airport was getting a huckleberry chocolate bar! Our first flight took us to Salt Lake City. After spending some more time in that airport we were headed for home! I had great time in Montana! Thanks for reading.

Hello,my bucket list friends! Welcome to part 3 of my Montana adventure! I can’t wait to tell you more about this fun adventure so let’s get going!
Montana adventure part 3
On day five we went to check out a Goodwill store in Billings. I like going thrift shopping in different places because every area has a different style. I really enjoyed the Goodwill in Billings. It was very clean and organized. I was able to find some nice things including a book on how to style an American girl doll’s hair, a TY beanie boo puzzle, a shirt with purple stripes and a few DVDs. After thrift shopping we went to down town Billings for lunch. We went to the Montana Brewing Company. I really enjoyed the flat bread that I had there. If you are ever in Billings I would recommend eating here. After lunch we took a walk around downtown. It was a Sunday and most places were closed. It felt weird walking around downtown with hardly anyone else around. That night we went for a walk at a park. The park had a beautiful river but it also had lots of mosquitoes so we had to cut our time there short. Overall it was a nice relaxing day except for the mosquitoes!
On this day we had a booked a tour that would take us to some of the most popular spots around Billings. We got picked in a pretty amazing Jeep. Then we were on to our first stop at the Little Big Horn battle field. This well known historical place is worth a visit. There is a lot to see there. After exploring the battle field we went on to explore Pompey’s Pillar. The pillar is mostly famous because Clark of Luis and Clark carved his name there. The area itself was beautiful and I really enjoyed exploring it! After that we made a quick stop for lunch before going to explore the Moss mansion. Going in to this house was like going back in time. I loved they way it was decorated. They also had a game going on at the mansion where they hid school supplies in each room. I wasn’t keeping count of how many I found but it was fun to see what I could spot as we explored each room. After we finished exploring we stopped at the gift shop. Then it was time to go on to our last stop of the day. The last spot the we explored that day was Pictograph Caves state park. This park is well known for it’s cave paintings. Even though a lot of the cave paintings have chipped away you can still see them a little bit. I heard that you can see them better on a rainy day. Even without the drawings the caves are pretty cool to look at. After our very fun tour we went back to the hotel for some much needed rest! This day was filled with lots of adventure.

Hello,my bucket list friends! Welcome to part two of my Montana adventure! I’m excited to share the next part of my adventure with you so let’s dive on in!
Montana adventure part 2
We started off day three with a hike on the four dances trail. One of things that I leaned about Montana is that there are grasshoppers everywhere! The trail was covered in them. My favorite part about this hike is the views. It was nice to get to see Billings from up high. This hike did make me a little nervous. I was worried that we would see a rattle snake because it was so warm that day. We didn’t see any rattle snakes but I did forget to put sunscreen on the back of my neck and I got quite a burn. At least it was just a small area of my neck that got burned. After our hike we went to explore the Yellowstone art museum. There were some great works of art in this museum but my favorite was the children’s art exhibit. After the museum we went to well Pared for lunch. After lunch we walked around and I bought a Montana shirt at a shop that we had been to the day before but this time there was a very friendly dog visiting the store! On our way back to the hotel our very nice Uber driver told us about a town called Red Lodge. She said that she could take us there the next day. I was excited to explore a new place. After relaxing at the hotel for awhile we took an Uber to Starbucks but it turned out to be closed. We ended up walking to Walmart and I got another Montana shirt. Day three brought a lot walking and a lot of adventure!
We started off the day by meeting our Uber driver from the day before. We got in the car and headed to Red Lodge. Our first stop was a visitor center. After that we drove through the town to this beautiful lookout point. The views were beautiful but my favorite part was feeding sunflower seeds to the friendly chipmunks! After feeding the chipmunks we went back to the town of Red Lodge. We went right to the Yellowstone animal sanctuary. I had a fun time visiting the animals. The raccoons were my favorites but I also enjoyed seeing the bears and porcupines. There is also a very friendly cat there. Before we left we stopped by the gift shop. I love the plush owl that I got. After exploring the animal sanctuary. We were getting hungry so we put our names on a list at a restaurant. While we were waiting we went shopping. I got a snow globe and a magnet at a souvenir store. I also enjoyed going to the candy store and getting peppermints and other yummy treats. Then it was time for lunch. After having a very yummy lunch. It was time to head back to the hotel. Day 4 was so much fun! This was one of my favorite days of vacation!
That concludes part 2 of my Montana adventure. Thanks for reading

Hello, my bucket list friends! I recently got back from visiting family and vacationing in Idaho. I’ve been to Idaho a few times but there is always more to explore! Without further delay let’s dive into part 1 of this adventure.
Idaho vacation Summer 2020 part 1
This trip to Idaho started on June 29th When my mom and I took an evening flight to Boise. When we got to Idaho we went straight to my grandparents house. We stayed up pretty late talking it was a good way to start our trip. The next day we went to the Aquarium of Boise. We had been to the aquarium before but it had been awhile so I wanted to go again. This aquarium is small but it is also a lot of fun. My favorite thing to do here is to pet the rays in the touch tank. There are a few of the rays in there that will swim right up to you so you can pet them. I was also able to get some great pictures of the fish when I was at the aquarium. In addition to some pretty awesome fish this aquarium has other animals such as birds and turtles. I’ve to been this aquarium twice now and it has not been busy when I was there but it may get that way on the weekends. In the gift shop there was a photo booth. My mom and I had fun taking pictures and I’m happy how they turned out. There is also a pressed penny machine in the gift shop. I had put change in my purse in case I came across any penny machines while I was in Idaho and I’m glad I did! After I had a flat penny I bought a special bracelet to put the penny in. I also got an aquarium of Boise magnet. After the aquarium my grandparents took us to one of their favorite restaurants called Ling & Louie’s and I have to say that it was really good. The next day we went and explored a place we had never been to before. I can’t wait to tell you all about it in part 2. There you have it part 1 of my latest trip to Idaho!

Hello, my bucket list friends ! I just got back from Disneyland one of my favorite places in the whole world ! I had a really great time and I have a lot to say so let’s get to it !!
Disneyland Dec. 2019
This Disneyland adventure started on Wednesday with a short plane ride then an Uber ride. When my parents and I got to the hotel I didn’t want to stay there long because I was super excited to go to Downtown Disney. Not long after arriving to the hotel we walked to Downtown Disney I was so excited to be back at the Disneyland resort! I took some pictures as we walked to the World of Disney store. I already had an idea of what I wanted to buy there .Some of the things I wanted were sold out but that didn’t stop me from finding some great items. Some of my favorites included a Peppermint scented Mickey Mouse pillow, a 2019 Disneyland shirt, and a pack of post cards. After shopping it was time to eat we went to Black Tap and had a wonderful dinner. After walking around a little bit we headed back to the hotel to get rested for the big day we had ahead of us. The next day we made it to Disneyland early enough to attend magic morning. Magic morning is when the park opens a little earlier for some people. We were able to go to magic morning because we had three day park hopper tickets. We quickly got going on the rides and we also got some great pictures by the Main Street Christmas tree. We were able to do a lot of the rides we wanted to do with the help of max pass. Max pass let’s you make fast pass reservations right from your phone it also lets you download and share ride photos as well as the photos that Disney Photographers take of you. We had lunch reservations at Cafe Orleans and the food was very good. I also went and did some shopping of course! My favorite thing I got that day was the classic mouse ear hat. I already had a pink mouse ear hat with my first name on it , now I have a black pair with my last name on it . I also got to cross off a bucket list item this day. I have wanted to take an official Disneyland tour for a while now and on this trip I got to! We took the holiday tour and it was so much fun! Along with the tour we got reserved seats for the Christmas parade, hot chocolate in souvenir mugs and special tour pins. Later that night I road splash mountain and got soaked! I ended up getting some Star Wars pants because my jeans were so heavy with water ! The next day we started off at California Adventure. We rode the more popular rides first some of which are my favorites! Then I got to ride the new carousel I really like the cute cartoon like animals on the new carousel. We had lunch reservations but as we were waiting for our table to be ready it started raining pretty heavily. We stayed under a big umbrella until it was time to eat. we had a wonderful meal at the Wine Country Trattoria ,then we went to buy some rain ponchos before heading over to Disneyland. When we got to Disneyland we went on the Disneyland railroad . We rode it all the way around the park then back to Tomorrow land where we went on the finding Nemo submarine voyage ride before going back to the hotel. The next day was our last day in the parks for this trip. I started my day off in California adventure while my parents went to Disneyland to do rides. I had a very important reason for starting my day off in California Adventure. During Christmas time the Disneyland resort makes fresh candy canes that are available to buy the same day but they are very popular so you have to line up early to get one. I got to the park before it opened but when I got in the gate there was already a line to get candy canes. When I got to the front on the line I was given a wrist band and told to return at 9:00 am to buy my candy cane. I had sometime before then so I got a fast pass for the Toy Story ride. Then I took a nice and relaxing walk over to Pixar pier. When the park officially opened I rode two rides before using my fast pass for the Toy Story ride. After that it was time to go get my candy cane. I went and bought my candy cane and two Disney pins, after that I went over to Disneyland where my parents were. I got popcorn in a very cute popcorn bucket and I rode two more rides before I met up with my parents. When my parents and I met up in Tomorrow Land we went on more rides followed by a stop the Tropical Hideaway for food and Dole whips. We had dinner reservations at Goofy’s Kitchen in the Disneyland hotel but we still had some time before then so we went to California Adventure for more fun. When it came time for dinner I was so excited it had been a very long time since I had been to Goffy’s Kitchen. Dinner at Goffy’s Kitchen was a lot of fun! We all really liked the food and had a fun time interacting with Goofy and his friends! To sum everything up this vacation was one on the best ones I’ve ever been on and I can’t wait until my next Disney adventure.

Hello, my bucket list friends ! I recently got back home from another adventure to Idaho. Even though I’ve been to Idaho a few times I seem to always find something new to explore each time I visit my grandparents and this time was no different. I can’t wait to tell you more so here we go!
Idaho adventure fall 2019
On OCT. 30th my latest trip to Idaho began. My mom and I landed in Boise around 10 pm. Since our flight got in so late, there wasn’t time to do much that night except for hug my grandparents and reunite with Jewels my grandparents friendly and happy dog. The next day my uncle came over and I mentioned that we were going to Goodwill that day. He suggested that we go to a different Goodwill then we normally go to because it was located next to another thrift store called the Idaho Youth Ranch. Two thrift stores in one parking lot ? I was sold ! We headed to the Goodwill first where I found some amazing items including a Lisa Frank binder, a Mickey Mouse notebook , a large My Little Pony toy, a Mickey Mouse purse , some cool shirts and other things. Then it was on to the next thrift store. At thrift store number two I got a yellow zip up jacket , a My Little Pony DVD a Minnie Mouse shirt that came from one of the Disney parks and a very pretty necklace. After all that shopping we headed to Golden Corral for lunch. I had seen Gold Corral advertisements before but I had never been there myself. The food was pretty good and they had soft serve !! It was a pretty awesome day and that night I handed out lots and lots of Halloween candy ! Now on to the next day !
The next day was also a new month and I was excited for what we had planned that day. We were headed to the Idaho state museum ! The museum had lots to explore. My favorite thing at the museum was the bike tour. There was a bike in front of a TV screen and as you peddled the bike the TV took you on a tour of different places in Idaho. I also enjoyed designing a house on a touch screen , the video about beavers , taking a quiz about Idaho agriculture , getting to move water and leaves on a big touch screen that was made to look like a river, and shopping at the gift shop. After the museum we went to a restaurant that had a yummy buffet with soft serve ! I liked buffets before this trip but now I like them more the ever before. Even after all that fun this day had more fun left to offer. My aunt and uncle live on a farm and that night I was staying at their house. When I got to the farm the fun started right away! I got to walk a goat and run around an arena with a mini horse. I love animals and I had a lot of fun being around animals that I don’t often get to spend time with. That night I watched season 3 of Free Rein one of my favorite shows! This day was packed full of fun and adventure and the next day had even more fun to offer.
The next morning I woke up early , bundled up for the very cold morning and went with my aunt to feed the animals. I liked feeding the barn cats they reminded me of my cats at home. After all the animals got their breakfast it was time for ours. My uncle made pancakes and told me that he likes to melt peanut butter on his pancakes . I love peanut butter so I decided to give it a try. It was so good! After breakfast I got to do something I had’t done in years. Go horseback ridding ! My aunt has two beautiful horses. She let me ride one while she rode the other. My ridding skills were very rusty but I was more then happy to shake off the rust. I had an extremely fun time ridding and I can’t wait until I get another opportunity to ride again. For lunch we went to a Chinese food buffet and yes, I had more soft serve ! We went to Walmart before going back to my grandparents house. I loved seeing all the Christmas stuff that Walmart had. That night I had to pack up my things because our flight left early the next morning. I’m really glad that I got a backpack at the Good Will or I wouldn’t have had room to bring back all my stuff ! At the Airport the next morning I bought some more souvenirs including a new snow globe for my collection. I had a great visit to Idaho and I can’t wait for the next one !

Hello,my bucket list friends it’s time for part 5 of my Portland adventure. In this part of my vacation I crossed off a list item that I can’t wait to tell all of you about. Here we go!
Portland OR. vacation part 5
Before I get into this part of my adventure I’m gonna rewind a little bit and tell you a funny story. The day we left for vacation I booked a helicopter tour of Portland for my mom and I . Not only did a helicopter tour sound like a lot of fun I was excited to cross another item of my list ,at least that’s what I thought. A few days before the tour I was looking at my bucket list to see what number I would soon be crossing off. I was shocked when I realized that ridding in a helicopter was not on my list after all! There really was no need to panic though because since I wanted ridding in a helicopter to be on my bucket list I just added it. One of the great thing about a bucket list is that you can keep on adding to it as you find new things you want to do. Anyways now that we are all caught up, let’s get back to my adventure in Portland. The day of the helicopter ride I was very excited to experience something new. The ride was scheduled for noon, we got there a little early but we were the first ones of the day so we started filling out the paper work right away. Our helicopter pilot was very friendly and talkative. I had a fun time taking pictures by the helicopter then it was time to ride. It felt really awesome to use a head set to talk to each other during the ride. I had only seen thins kind of thing on TV before. Now let’s talk about the views . Portland was built in a forest and getting to see that huge forest from the air was simply amazing! I also really enjoyed seeing the rose garden from the air it looked just as beautiful as it did on land! After our ride we headed on to our next activity The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. I was excited to visit this museum because they had a Pixar exhibit there! After we got our tickets for the museum. we went to the Imax theater located in the museum. We saw a moved called superpower dogs. The movie focused on dogs who have very important jobs everything from search and rescue to therapy dogs. My mom and I both really enjoyed it. If you ever get a chance to see this movie I highly recommend it. When it was time to go to the Pixar exhibit I was very excited! I love the movies that Disney and Pixar make together and I was looking forward exploring the exhibit. After watching a video about the exhibit it was finally time to go see it ! I really enjoyed looking at big statues of some of Pixar’s most famous charters including Dory and Buzz Lightyear . I also had a fun time doing the interactive stations at the exhibit. These stations let you experience parts of the animation process for yourself. After the Pixar exhibit We checked out some of the museum’s regular exhibits before going to our last exhibit of the day, a submarine! Now, I’m not talking about a model submarine , I’m talking about a real submarine that is kept in the river right next to the museum. When you are on the submarine you are actually under the water! It was very interesting walking around a real submarine. There was a lot to see and we had a great tour guide who gave us all kinds of information about the submarine. Needless to say this day was jammed packed with a lot of fun. It was a great was to spend the last full day of our vacation. Rock On – Christina Epperly
Hello, my bucket list friends ! The Portland adventure continues with part 4 here we go !
Portland OR. Vacation part 4
This day of our adventure got off to an early start. We had a tour of Multnomah Falls and other amazing places scheduled. We hopped on the tour van and headed off for a fun adventure. When the van got to the area where the falls were located it was just a short walk to the falls. The falls were very beautiful but they are also very popular and attract a crowd. The tour took us to many beautiful places including , Latourell falls and a very pretty look out. Some of the other places we went to were not as popular as Multnomah falls so there were less people. We also got a view of the famous haystack rock. I had a fun time walking through the beautiful and very green forests. Portland is a great place for nature lovers. For our next activity we went back to Washington Park to explore the Portland Japanese gardens. The gardens of course were very beautiful just like most of Portland. I enjoyed watching the Koi fish just like I had the day before. There is something very relaxing about watching Koi fish peacefully swim around. The Japanese garden also had some Zen gardens. I have seen small zen gardens before but nothing like this. The Zen gardens there were truly works of art. As with most of Portland the garden was lush and green. This day was filled with a lot a breath taking views of nature but the next day I would be seeing the beauty of Portland from another view point.
