Hello, my bucket list friends ! As you can see from the title of this post I crossed another item off my list ! This is my first item that I’ve crossed off in 2019. I’m so excited to tell all of you about it so let’s get to it .
Bucket list #204 put glow sticks in a pool and go swimming
This was one of those items that was going to to be a little tricky to cross off because I don’t usually have access to a swimming pool and when I do it’s usually a public pool or a hotel pool and I wouldn’t be aloud to cross this item off there but I got the chance when my awesome and amazing friend was house sitting at a place with a pool . Earlier this week, I bought a bunch of glow sticks at the Dollar Tree so I was prepared. When Friday finally came, my friend picked me up from work and we went to the store to get some sleepover food . After spending sometime snacking and relaxing it was time to put the glow sticks in the pool . The glow sticks looked really awesome in the pool. It was a bright rainbow of color in the water and so beautiful to look at . It was dark and pretty cold out and the pool was not heated so my friend stayed out of the pool and took pictures for me . While crazy me went into the very cold swimming pool . It was so cold but I’ve been in need for an adventure so I pushed myself to go into the pool . I went under the water and I grabbed to glow sticks. I held them up so proud of myself ! Due it is being so cold I did not spend much time in the pool but going under the water and grabbing the glow sticks was enough in accomplish my goal and give me a great memory to look back on . The next day I had to get all the glow sticks out of the pool and that was easier said then done but with the help of my friend and a net ,the pool was glow stick free before it got to late . I’m really happy I crossed this item of the list and I had a fun sleepover with my friend . What more could I ask for ?
