Reviewing my 2025 goals and setting my 2026 goals

Hello, my bucket list friends ! A new year means new goals. However ,before I set my goals for this year I want to look back on last years goals and see what I was able to accomplish last year. I’m excited to set new goals for this year and I’m also excited to hopefully get caught up with last years posts so let’s get to it!

My goals for last year ( 2025)

  9. Do a 5k race – No, I wish the color run would come back to my area
  10. buy a Lisa Frank item at the thrift store – Yes, in Idaho I found a Lisa frank item at the thrift store.
  11. take loss prevention classes – I did take a loss prevention class and I got a certificate. It was just one class but I will count it.
  12. Go to 3 or more concerts – no concerts are so expensive now it just did not happen
  13. Go to a state that I have not been to before – No I did go on some fun vacations this year adventures this year but it was to states that I had been to before.
  14. get out of my comfort zone – Yes, I did this. This is going to be a long answer but, In November I experienced some of the worst OCD symptoms that I have ever had .I kept ignoring my worsening mental health. I tried to convince myself that I could handle it on my own. However, It got to a point where I could no longer ignore what was going on with my health. I made the difficult choice to go on medical leave so that I could focus on getting better. Choosing to go on leave was a big step out of my comfort zone but I’m glad I did.
  15. Clean up my room and put more items in my storage unit – I did put more items in my storage unit but my room is still the mess it usually is lol
  16. Do something amazing for my 35th birthday – When I first put this goal on the list I was thinking amazing as in like a big party or a trip. However ,on my birthday I ended up doing the simple things that I love. I went to a painting studio where I got to paint a flamingo. I had a fun time being creative. I also went to TJ Maxx and I did a pickup order at Target. Then I went to dinner at one of my favorite local places and I got a verry yummy carrot cake at the store. I enjoyed the day that I welcomed my 35th year. The day was filled with doing the simple things that I love. I also got coffee. The day was amazing to me so I’m going to consider this goal complete.
  17. post 100 Instagram reels – It looks I got close but I didn’t meet my goal .
  18. Add 10 or more items to my bucket list – yes, I added a bunch of items because I decided to freeze adding new items to my list for five years so this year I made a bunch of additions to my list. For the next five years I’m going to focus on crossing off the items that I have on my list already.
  19. make chalk art – Yes, during the summer my friend and I went to a park and made some fun chalk art creations. I really had a great time
  20. feel like I’ve been productive this year – Yes, 11 list items crossed off plus a new job. helped to make me feel like I had a productive year.

2021 goals !

Hello,my bucket list friends! Happy new year! 2021 is here and that means it’s time to set some new goals. My main focus for this year is to slow down and try to not get caught up in the fast-paced environment that I live in. Cheers to slowing down.

1. Read 50 books . I finished my Goodreads challenge of reading 25 books for 2020. This year I’m going to aim for 50 this year.

2. Take more baths . I useally take showers because they are quicker but baths are much more relaxing.

3. Use 5 new bath bombs! I love bath bombs and I want to discover new ones that I love.

4. Start freelance writing- I love writing and I really want to start writing on different websites.

5. Cross five things off my bucket list ! I crossed nine items of in 2020. I gonna aim for 5 this year!

Thanks for reading ! Rock On – Christina Epperly

listen to audio books for 3 hours each week – I love audio books but I want to listen to them more consistently.

Read two or more books each month – I have so many unread books in my room I need to work on reading some of them.

build up my saving accounts – It’s time to set up a good financial safety net.

Hang out with a friend at least once a month – friend time is very important but life gets busy and sometimes it gets forgotten. This year I want to make more time for friends.

New years goals 2019

Hello, my bucket list friends. It’s a new year, so that means it is time for some new goals . This year I’m hopping to focus on reducing stress and reducing debt . I also have a few smaller goals that I want to accomplish this year. So let’s get to it

New years goals 2019

Decrease my dairy and sugar consumption

When it comes to my diet there are two things that stand out to me . Number one wanting to move towards a vegan lifestyle and number two wanting to decrease the amount of sugar that I’m eating . I have a feeling that 2019 is the perfect year to start these changes .

pay off two of my three credit cards

I have three credit cards that need to get paid off . A similar item was in my goals last year but  I did not succeed so I’m looking forward focusing on decreasing my debt this year

Get a day planer and use it

I got one of Christmas and I’ve already started using it so I’m off to a good start

Use my essential oil diffuser

I got one a while ago but I haven’t set it up yet. Essential oils are great for reducing stress and that is one of my main focuses this year.

Get back in to WWE

I’ve been a WWE fan for many years but when I went to massage school  I stopped watching it and I haven’t got back into it yet.  I want to go back to being the WWE fan I used to be .

Use twitter more often

One of my bucket list items is to tweet 10,000 times so I need to step it up . I also want to live tweet during WWE shows like I use to.

Use coloring for stress relief

I’m going to do my very best to reduce stress this year and coloring has helped me in the past I just need to do it more often .

Get to my goal credit score

This year feels like a good year to get this done !

Cross 12 things off my bucket list this year

A dozen items in one year ? sounds like a great challenge to me !

2018 goals how did I do ?

Hello, my bucket list friends ! It’s time to see how well I did with my 2018 goals ! Here we go !

2018 Goals

Cook more at home instead of eating out –

Nope this one just didn’t happen . With two jobs and everything else going in my life I was just too tired and too busy to cook . I know some people love to cook and find it relaxing but it just not my thing especially after a long day of work.

Pay off at least one of my credit cards and get the other balances as small as possible –

Another nope but I did get one of my student loans paid off.

Have at least $1000 dollars in my savings account by the end of the year-

Nope not even close !

Pass the MBLEX and start working as a massage therapist

I passed the meblex ( You can read about it here) but I’m still looking for the right place to work as a massage therapist .

Cross 10 more things off my bucket list-

So close ! I crossed 9 things off this year !

Improve my credit score

My credit score is ok but I have not reached my goal number yet.

Get back in to doing races

I did one 5k this year I wanted to do more then that but life got way to busy

As you can see I didn’t do all that great with my goals for this year but overall I’m proud with the things I did accomplish this year. I mean I became a certified massage therapist and met Alice Cooper so I really can’t complain but I hope I meet for of my goals for 2019!
