Getting a wonderful new job – When I got the news that the store I was working at was going to be closing, I was determined to find a new job quickly before I would need to apply for unemployment. I was very blessed when I got hired at a beautiful indoor plant store. ( You can read about it HERE)

Going shopping at the toy store – My new job is also in walking distance to the same local toy store that my old job was. I made a lunch break shopping trip there this month. ( You can read about it HERE)

getting two mystery eggs from Safeway and opening them – My local Safe had some Easter items available. I got two mystery eggs, and they each had a cute plush animal inside. ( You can read about it HERE)

Going to Target – I went to Target this month, and I got some fun items in the dollar section. ( You can read about it HERE)

Two blind bags ten amazing toys

Hello, my bucket list friends last weekend. I went to the Dollar Tree with my friend. While I was there, I got two blind bags, but there was something special that stood out about these blind bags. They each had five toys in them. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a blind bag with this many toys in it. The package had many different pictures of toys all over it. However, I was curious to see what toys were actually in the package. When I opened the packages, I was happy to see that the contents matched the items that were depicted on the packaging. Of course, not everything that was shown on the package was in the package because that is how blind bags work. Anyways I was super happy with the assortment of toys in each pack. Some of my favorite items in the bags were a ring, a clacker toy, and a cat toy that pops back up when it gets pushed down. I hope I see these bags again at the Dollar Tree.

Thanks for reading!

A different kind of January

Hello, my bucket list friends ! Usually January is notorious for being a slow month that drags on . It always seems that way to me but this January flew by . It’s a weird feeling . We just had new year’s eve and now February is on it’s way. The stores are filled with Valentine’s day items and each day we get closer to welcoming February . Why did this January fly by so fast compared to the ones I’ve experienced in the past ? The answer is I’m not sure . I mean I did work a lot but I know I have done that in years past too . Maybe it was the weather we did have some really nice sunny days maybe that was the reason ? We had rain too so I just don’t know . I just know that it feels weird . I think I was excepting a more relaxing month but that just didn’t happen . I was busy , working hard and trying to keep my stress level down .  Now don’t get me wrong this month was not a waste I crossed two items off my bucket list ( you can read about them HERE and HERE ),had great times with family and friends and chowed down on some yummy food . It just feels weird that it’s over all ready . Oh well time to set all the weird feeling aside and look forward to February !

Here are some January pictures !
