Hello, my bucket list friends! I’m excited to share another post about my summer adventures with you. In early August I went on a road trip to Oxnard to go to the Dallas Cowboys training camp. I also went on other adventures during my road trip so with all that being said let’s get to it.
August 3rd 2025 – This was the day that our road trip started . We made a stop in Solvang on the way to our hotel. We ate here and did a little bit of shopping. It is super cute town and I would love to go back sometime to explore it more.
August 4th 2025 – On this day we to the Ronald Reagan presidential library. It is on my bucket list to visit every presidential library and this was the 2nd one that I got to visit. While we were there was an exhibit on the dead see scrolls and it was truly amazing . I got to see some of the scrolls including part of the book of Psalms. After seeing the exhibit on the dead sea scrolls. We went to see the presidential library. I had so much fun looking around the library. My favorite part was getting to explore the airplane . I also enjoyed taking pictures here. There were so many great displays I recommend going here if you ever the chance. This was not our only adventure on the day we also did some exploring in Ventura , went shopping at Hobby Lobby and went to the beach. That night I went swimming in the hotel pool it was the perfect way to end this day of vacation.
August 5th – This was the day that we went to the Dallas Cowboys training camp. my mom and I were in a VIP area where we got a good view of the practice . I liked shopping at the store they have there. I got a set of stickers and a pin. There were snacks and drinks in the VIP area so that was really nice. There was even sugar free soda. I enjoyed watching practice and I’m glad I got to got this year.
August 6th – On this day we drove back home. I was sad that my vacation was over but I was happy to see my cat.
Thank you for reading about this road trip adventure.
Hello, my bucket list friends! I’ve written a lot of blog posts about perfect summer days and the one that I’m about to tell you about would easily make my top ten list of perfect summer days. with all that being said Let’s get to this fun blog post.
July 20th 2025- On this day I met my friend at Five Below. I was excited to shop at Five Below because I don’t get to go there often. Five Below is full of fun and exciting items and on this day I was able to buy some of the fun and exciting items that were available. Some items that I bought were stackable butterfly shaped highlighters, Barbie stickers, Lisa Frank stickers, a Squishmallow, a bucket of squishy toys, a sand art kit , a painting art kit, sidewalk chalk, a Barbie pen, a bath sponge shaped like a duck, and a Barbie themed cup with items inside. After our super fun shopping trip to Five Below we went to Taco Bell. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place. After shopping and lunch we went to the park to do some chalk art. I had some much fun creating fun chalk art drawings. I love the Ice cream cone that I drew. I also wrote Let’s go Mets. Chalk art is truly a prefect summer activity. My friend and I both had a lot of fun doing this. I also really like the turtle that I drew. That night we ordered pizza it was truly a wonderfully summer day. I can’t wait until summer is here again!
Hello, my bucket list friends! I’m excited to say that it is time to blog about an amazing road trip that I went on in July. For this road trip my mom and I explored some beautiful places in Northern California. I’m very excited to tell you about this grad summer adventure.
July 2025 road trip part one
July 13th – This is the day that our road trip began. We made two stops on the way. During one of our stops I saw a bird in it’s nest I was happy that I got a picture of it. During the other stop I got to see some cool caves. When we arrived to our hotel that night I loved the dolphin statue that was out front. It was a long day or driving but I was very excited to get this vacation started!
July 14th – On this day we got to go on the skunk train! It was so much fun. Before getting on the train I bought some fun souvenirs. I love the skunk logo. The train was was enjoyable and it made a stop before going back to the station. During the stop my mom and I went on a short hike. The hike was an adventure but it was also relaxing at the same time. After our beautiful hike we got back on the train. On the way back I bought a bucket of popcorn on the train. The bucket has a very cute picture of a skunk on it. I have the bucket in my room and I love looking at the cute skunk. Riding the skunk train was a wonderful adventure but it was not the only adventure I went on that day. The 2nd adventure of the day was going to the point Cabrillo lighthouse. I can easily describe this lighthouse as being one of the cutest that I have ever seen. The this lighthouse looks like a small cute house that has a tower attached. The tower almost looks out of place but that adds to the charm of this place. I had a fun time exploring the inside and the outside of this lighthouse. I recommend going to visit this lighthouse if you get the chance to and I also highly recommend going on the skunk train. Even after the lighthouse we had some more adventures to go on. We went to visit the well-known glass beach. This was definitely a very interesting beach and it is worth visiting but please remember not to take the glass. We went on a really nice walk that evening. I loved getting to walk on a wooden path . I got some great pictures on this walk. Also I got to go to the Dollar Tree on this day I got some fun items including a bath bomb and a craft kit! It was a wonderful vacation day!
Hello, my bucket list, friends! I’m excited to write this 2nd post about my Las Vegas vacation. I had a wonderful time, and I can’t wait to tell you more about it, so let’s get to it
June 11th – On this day, we went on a tour of the Hoover Dam. I booked our tour with Comedy on Deck tours and I’m happy to say I made a good choice because the tour was wonderful and it was a very reasonable price. We got picked up at a hotel that was close to ours . Before going to the Dam, we stopped at the famous Las Vegas sign. This is a great place to take pictures. A good photo tip is to stand to the side of the sign to take your photo so you don’t have to wait in any line that may form at the front of the sign. After taking photos at the sign, we were on the way to the Hoover Dam. Our first stop was at a bridge where we could get a view of the Hoover Dam. A cool thing about this bridge is that it crosses over into Arizona. I had a good time taking pictures at this location, but it was very windy, so watch your hats if you go here. The next part of the tour was a guided tour of the Hoover Dam. It was fun to go underground and learn about the dam. I also enjoyed the visitor’s center and the gift shop, of course. Lunch is included in this tour, so on the way back, we stopped at a restaurant. You put your order in while you’re on the bus so your food is ready when you arrive. When we got back to Las Vegas, we went to the Flamingo Hotel to see the flamingos that live there. I love Flamingos, and it is so cool that you can just go and see them in Las Vegas. After going to see the flamingos, I got a Flamingo shaped pen at the gift shop. We also went and got some much needed healthy food that night. It was an adventure packed day of vacation.
June 12th – This was our last day of vacation before going home on the next day. I had two big things that I wanted to do before saying goodbye to Las Vegas. The first thing that we did on this day was to go get coffee. After that, we went to see The Seven Magic Mountains. This was one of the two things that I really wanted to do before going back home. I had seen pictures of this art exhibit, and I loved how colorful it was. I really wanted to go here. It is a little bit of a drive from the Las Vegas strip, but it was so worth it, in my opinion. I got some great pictures here. I loved seeing the huge and very colorful rock towers. This unique art exhibit felt like a once in a life time experience. After seeing the beautiful seven magic mountains, we went back to the Las Vegas strip. Before doing the 2nd big thing I had planned that day, we went to a huge Walgreens. This store had one of the best souvenir sections that I have ever seen. I got a plush monkey, a picture frame, and some key chains. After buying some fun souvenirs. We went to one of my favorite places and that place is the rainforest cafe. There used to be more of these delightful cafes around, but sadly, they are not as common as they used to be. I was super excited to get to go to a rainforest cafe because I had not been in a long time. I had a great time at the rainforest cafe. It is a fun place to take pictures and they also have a good store there. I got some stickers and a baseball at the store. Even after we did all of that, we were not done with our adventures for the day yet. That night we went on a bus tour. The top of a bus is a great place to see Las Vegas. I enjoyed this tour. The top of the bus was also a great place to get pictures of Las Vegas. Later that night, I went out one more time. I bought a flamingo pen, and I went to the candy store one more time before going back to the hotel to get some sleep before our early flight the next day.
June 13th – This was the day we left Las Vegas. I got a fun Las Vegas magnet at the airport. I’m so blessed that I got to have a wonderful Las Vegas vacation.
Hello, my bucket list, friends! As I write this, it is the middle of August, and summer is coming to a close. However, since I have a lot of blog posts to write about my summer adventures, I can step back into summer fun with every post I write. Writing posts about my summer adventures is a great way to distract myself from summer ending. In this post, IÂ will be writing about the time between two of my summer adventures. With all that being said, let’s get to it.
June 6th – On this day, I got to go to Batch 22 bakery. I had never been here before but I’m glad I went! Their cookies are huge, and they taste amazing. I also bought some colored pencils and a sketch book at work. in addition to that I got to go for a walk in the park it was a good day.
June 7th – Today I got coffee and I went on another walk in the the park.
June 8th – On this day, I got coffee, I also got some foam grow toys at the grocery store. In addition to that I went to the park and I went to the playground. I love walking on playgrounds, but since it can get busy, I don’t always get to, but today, I did. This was the day before my Las Vegas adventure began.

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I’m happy with my progress when it comes to catching up with my blog posts for the month of August. However, before I officially wrap up the month of August, I wanted to highlight some of my August moments that I haven’t written about yet, so let’s get to it!
Photoshoot fun – On August 21st, I went to eat with my friend at a place that I had never been to before. It was a really nice place that was wonderful for taking photos. I love the way the pictures turned out.
My one year anniversary at work – I never got around to posting about this on social media, so I will post about it here. I got a pin for working one year at my current job. I’m very blessed to have a steady job and to have great people at my job.
Lots of at work shopping – This is pretty much a highlight for every month, but my work is always full of fun items. I got lots of fun items this month, including stickers, activity books, surprise squishy toys, bubbles, a Crayola LOL doll, and more!

Taking a photo with a celebrity on the last day of August – The last day of August is hard for me, It means that my favorite time of year is pretty much over. I went to work on this day. I did get some fun things at work, including surprise toys and stickers. I also went to Starbucks before work. However, the biggest highlight of the day was when George Kittle came into my work. I asked him if we could take a selfie, and he said yes! I may have been at work when most people were in Labor Day weekend mode, but I got to take a picture with an NFL player who has amazing hair. It was a great way to end the summer.
Thanks for reading, and keep summer in hearts forever!
Hello, my bucket list, friends! Last summer I went to Las Vegas for the first time and I fell in love with the city. On the way back from Idaho, we stopped in Las Vegas for a few hours, and while it was very short, it was amazing. I can’t wait to tell you more about it, so let’s get to it.
August 13th – This was the day that we came back home from Idaho. I was excited because we got to spend a few hours in Las Vegas, but I really wanted to stay the night there. I love Las Vegas, and I was praying so hard that our flight would be canceled so we could have more time in the city that I fell in love with the year before. However, we did have enough time to go to the Shark Reef Aquarium. I had been wanting to visit this aquarium for a while, and I was very excited to have the chance to go. I really enjoyed the aquarium. There was so much to see here, including a giant lizard! There was also a touch tank. After exploring the aquarium, we ended up getting some much needed massages. It was great to get to relax for a bit. I was still praying that our flight would get canceled. Even when went back to the airport. At the airport, I did get some Las Vegas souvenirs. I also got some souvenirs at the aquarium . Our flight did get delayed, but it did not get canceled. I was said when I got on the airplane to go home, I was sad. However, I’m very thankful that I got the chance to go to Las Vegas again and that I got to go to the Shark Reef Aquarium.
