10 years of blogging , Mother’s Day, and other May moments

Hello, my bucket list, friends! May is flying by, and I have not gotten around to blogging about what I’ve been up to this month. I have a lot to share with you, but before we get to that, I want to say thank you. I started this blog 10 years ago. It helped me to discover my love of writing , gave me a hobby that I can do from home or anywhere I have internet, and It helped me connect to some great people. Thank you so much for following this blog. Now, with all that being said, let’s get to it!

May 1st – On the first day of the month, I went to work, and I got some fun items. I got a bead kit shaped like a seashell, a notebook for summer, and a magnet that has my birth flower on it.

May 2nd – I got two more magnets on this day. One for June and one for July since I love the summer months. I also took some pictures of my new notebook that I decorated for summer.

May 3rd – On this day I went to my favorite used book store. I was very excited to find a book that came with stickers! I also got a book where you can mark scratch art along with some other great books, including one where you make your own fox craft. Also, at Safeway that day, I got some fun 4th of July glow stickers.

May 4th – On this day, I got to see my cousin and other family members. I also got a bunch of pink gumballs it was a good day.

May 6th – On this day at work, I got some ice pop molds and a new Squishmallow !

May 7th – On this day, I finally got the Barbie juice toppers that I had been looking for ! I was so excited when I found them.

May 9th – On this day, I got some summer toys at my work. I got some dive toys and some reusable water balloons. I can’t wait to set up my little pool!

May 10th – On this day, I went to one of my local toy stores. I got three fun items. A stained glass art book , a Breyer horse art kit, and a book of hot air balloon stickers. I love the stained glass art book so much! I’m so glad I went to the toy store on this day.

May 11th – This day was Mother’s Day. We went out to lunch at a fancy place that I had never been to before, but of course, the food was great it was also great to see my sister.

May 12th – I had work on the day, and I was very happy to see that the chocolate that comes with surprise toys was on clearance! I got a few of them.

May 13th – I got more clearance items on this day. It was also surprise toys and candy.

May 15th – This was a kind of scary day for me. I was almost hit by a car on my way to work. I was very shaken up. I bought a squishy toy and bead kit at work to calm me down a little.

May 16th – On this day, I printed out a bunch of coloring pages, including a Mets coloring page! I also got some new colored pencils and some 4th of July items. I’m so excited for summer, and July 4th is such a fun holiday. I can’t wait to celebrate it this year.

May 17th – On this day at work, I got some fruit shaped ice cubes. I can’t wait for June to finally get here!

May 19th – On this day, I got a notification from Word Press that It had been 10 years since I started my blog! I was so excited to get this notification. I knew that my anniversary was this month but I could not remember the day. I also got some crazy straws with lollypops that were on clearance.

Decorating my window and nine years of blogging!

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I have two fun things to talk about in this post, and I’m very happy about both of them. I don’t see the need for any more introduction, so let’s get to it!

Decorating my window , I got two sets of July 4th window decorations from my work. I know that it is still pretty far away from the 4th of July, but I decided to decorate my window anyway because I’m so excited for summer to get here! I had fun putting the gel stickers on my window. I really like the way that the stickers look. I’m probably just going to keep them up until they fall down. As summer gets closer, I get more excited!

My 9th anniversary of blogging! I knew that my anniversary was coming up this month, but I was not sure of the day. I was very happy when I saw the notification congratulating me on nine years of blogging! I’m so happy that I’m still blogging after all these years! I want to thank all of you for reading and following this blog! It’s been a lot of fun, and I can’t wait for the fun to continue!

Thank you so much for reading!

The ever changing ride of life

The ever changing ride of life

Hello, my bucket list friends ! I consider myself to be a very honest person and the truth is my life has not been easy street lately . I was working less during the summer due to traveling and the preschool where I work being out for the summer after the summer camps ended and that made money really tight . Our fridge broke and of course there was that ER visit on my birthday. ( you can read about it here ) It’s been rough but that is just how life can be sometimes but we all know that doesn’t make it suck any less . I found myself wanting to sleep all the time but I’m happy to say  that things have been looking up a little bit lately .  I’m back working at the preschool so my money situation is slowly but surly getting back on track . I have also been interviewing for massage jobs and I have a good feeling  that I might be working as a massage therapist soon ! I was able to have some fun this weekend. I went shopping at a local party store where I loved going as a kid . I bought some fun stuff that I really didn’t need but it gave me a boost of much needed happiness and I got spend some time with my cousin on Sunday . Also the pain from my cyst has decreased to almost nothing ! Of course I’m still going to have to deal with the medical bills . Now, all that being said My life is not all sunshine and cupcakes but really who’s life is ? I wish I could spend all my time going around crossing things off my bucket list but that is not the reality I live in . My biggest take away from this struggle is if you need to sleep more do it ! It doesn’t mean you’re week you may just some more time to recharge and escape from the stress . Of course it is import to make sure that sleeping more than normal does not interfere with your daily life .  Not everything is back on track right now but it starting to get that way but I can’t be sure  what is going to happen next so I could use all the prayer I can get right now but I’m so thankful to God for all the blessings in my life and I can’t wait to see what I cross of my list next !

3 years of blogging !

Hello, my bucket list friends it’s May 29th and that makes it the third anniversary of when I first posted to this blog ! Whenever I get asked what my hobbies are blogging is the first thing that comes to mind . I love writing this blog ,It has really helped me to discover my passion for writing and I hope to publish a book or even books someday . It has been amazing getting to share my bucket list adventures and more with the world ! I remember on my first blogging anniversary I said that I was going to follow the list of traditional anniversary gifts . Well I only ended up doing that for the first year . Last year I was in school and this year I’ve been so busy with my two jobs , my three cats , spending time with family and friends and of course going on some great adventures . That I decided not to do the yearly gift to myself  but really this blog is a gift all its own . It has allowed me to share my stories and dreams with the world . I’m  very proud of this blog and I can’t wait to share more of my adventures with everyone !
