A trip to the toy store and a sticker suncatcher art kit

Hello, my bucket list friends ! I’ve been in an artsy mood lately. On Saturday I went to one of my local toy stores and I got two art kits , stickers, and a box with three horses in it. Last night I decided to open the sticker suncatcher art kit that I got on Saturday. I loved this art kit! I love using stickers instead of paint to make sun catchers. It is a fun and mess free alternative to paint. This craft kit was very enjoyable and I with there were more kits like this that used stickers instead of paint to make suncatchers because I don’t see kits like this often. One of the sun catchers was shaped like an ice pop the other was shaped like an ice cream cone. The design of the sun catchers made me even more excited for summer then I already am! If you get a chance to do a sticker suncatcher art kit I highly recommend it!

Thank you for reading about this art project!

Wonderful water bottle art kit !

Hello, my bucket list, friends ! I love sharing my fun creative adventures with all of you. Last week, I got an art kit at the thrift store.  This art kit comes with a water bottle and supplies to decorate the water bottle with, and yesterday was the day that I decorated the water bottle. I’m excited to tell you more about it, so let’s get to it!

Water bottle art kit –

This art kit was simple it came with a plane water bottle and colorful tape and shiny stickers to decorate the water bottle with. Wrapping a water bottle with tape was a little more challenging than I thought it would be, and it definitely looks messy in certain places. However, I enjoyed doing this art it and I love my new water bottle. I even took it to work with me yesterday. I think I will carry my new colorful and shiny water bottle with me on some of my upcoming summer adventures! This was a great thrift store find!

Thanks for reading about this creative adventure!

A beach day ,a movie day, My summer 2024 picture and more

Hello, my bucket list, friends! I’m happy to say that I’m finally writing about the month of August! August is one of my favorite months because it is a summer month, and it is also my birthday month. I started off the month by going to the beach. I’m excited to tell you about that and some other activities I did this month, so let’s get to it.

August 1st – I started off the month by going to the beach. I got coffee before I went to the beach . I love walking on the beach while drinking coffee. It was a great way to start the month.

August 3rd – On this day, I started drawing my summer picture. I’ve been drawing a picture during the summer for several years now. This year, I went with a book in the middle of the picture because every summer is its own story. I like the way this picture ended up looking. I really like the book in the middle of the picture. Also, on this day, I got a fun sticker book at Safeway!

August 4th – On this day, my friend and I went to the movies. We saw Harold and the Purple Crayon. It was a very good movie! It was full of adventure and imagination. I highly recommend going to see this movie. It was one of the best movies that I’ve seen in a while. After the movie we went to the Dollar Tree. I got a few things, including some stickers, an ice pop shaped serving try, and a TY plush keychain. After that we went to lunch. It was a really great day

Thank you for reading my early August highlights

Another super fun Melissa and Doug craft kit

Hello, my bucket list friends! It is no secret that I love doing craft kits. I’m always buying them and I having been trying to actually make more of them lately. On Monday I opened a craft get that I had gotten at a Goodwill back in August. This craft kit is from Melissia and Doug one of my favorite brands for craft kits. This kit had two magnets that your decorate with stickers and glitter glue. The two magnets in this kit were shaped like a firetruck and a train. I decided to make the train magnet first. This kit was pretty easy to do. It was also easy to figure out where the stickers were meant to go because there was a picture on kit. However, you can put the stickers wherever you want. There is no right or wrong way when it comes to putting the stickers on. After the stickers it was time for the glitter glue. There were two tubes of glitter glue in this craft kit. One was red and one was sliver. I didn’t use a whole lot of glitter glue for this project but I did enjoy outlining the firetruck with it. I also had fun making dots with it. I had fun doing this craft kit and I look forward to doing more Melissa and Doug craft kits in the future.

Thanks for reading about my craft kit fun!

Cupcake art !

Hello, my bucket list friends! Yesterday, I used my paint sticks again to create another piece of art. I didn’t know what I wanted to make at first so once again I turned to pintrest for inspiration. I decided to make a cupcake after finding easy step by step directions. I had a fun time drawing a huge cupcake with dots on it’s wrapper. The cherry on top is super cute. I’m glad that was included with in the instructions because it made the picture just a little better. I wonder what I will make next.

Nighttime sticker art

Hello, my bucket list friends! On Tuesday I did a simple but fun art project. I had planned on doing a craft kit but time got away from me. I still wanted to do an art project before I went to sleep. I had a pack of foam door hangers in my closet.I decided to decorate one of them using some of the many stickers I have. The first sticker I used was an American Girl star logo. Then I began adding more stickers. Including trees, flowers and animals. I love doing sticker art projects. They are simple but fun and very relaxing. I’m happy with the way my door hanger looks!
