Things I love April 2022

Hello, my bucket list friends! The month of April is over and gone already. It really feels like this year is going by extreamly fast. Before I know it I’ll be doing my year in review post! However we are not there yet. Now is the time to take a look back on all the awesome things I loved in April 2022.

Alice Cooper concert- This was for sure the biggest highlight of my month! It had been way too long since I went to a concert and I’m always in the mood to see Alice Cooper! This was truly a wonderful night! ( You can read more about it HERE)

Going to the Goodwill outlet – I’m so thrilled to say that I crossed an item off my bucket list this month. It was definitely an interesting experience. You can read more about it by clicking the link above.

Five Below – On the same road trip that took me to the Alice Cooper concert, I went shopping at Five Below. I don’t get to go this store hardly at all and it was really a great treat to get to go shopping here this month. You can read more about it by using the same link above.

Bath bombs from Etsy – I got some super amazing bath bombs from Etsy this month. They all had fun prizes inside of them! ( You can read about it HERE)

Jewel hair mermaid Barbie- I added this amazing doll to my collection this month. I got her from Ebay for a good price. Her hair is beautiful and so is her outfit. I’m very happy to have this beautiful 90’s doll in my collection.

Easter fun – I had a great time celebrating Easter this year! ( You can read about it HERE)

A fun trip to Target- I did a good amount of shopping this month but this trip to Target was a lot of fun! ( You can read about it HERE)

Instacart- I got three instacart deliveries this month! There where some toys and other fun items included in the deliveries! ( You can read more about it HERE and HERE)

Thanks for reading about my month. I hope you all have a wonderful May.

A road trip, Bucket list #245 and an Alice Cooper concert

Hello, my bucket list friends! I had a really wonderful weekend! I went on a mini road about a four hour drive away. The main reason for this road trip was to go see an Alice Cooper concert. I bought the tickets kind of last minute so the seats I got weren’t great but they were good enough and that’s good enough for me. My mom and I left on our weekend adventure on Friday when I got off of work. Before we got to our hotel, we stopped at five below. I’m a huge fan of discount stores but there is not a Five Below near me. I was excited that I had a chance to go here again. I got Barbie and My Little Pony toys here as well as some art supplies. I hope one of these stores opens close to me one of these days. After shopping at Five Below we went to Chili’s for dinner before going to the hotel. The next day was the day of the concert but we did have some time before then. I didn’t realize it before but as I was looking up things to do that day, I discovered that there was a Goodwill outlet in the same town where we were staying in. It was on my bucket list to go to the outlet so we decided to go check it out. It was not as big as I thought it would be and there was not as much stuff as I had imagined. However, I found some pretty great items. Some of my favorite items where, a Mary-Kate and Ashley brand hat, a cup with a Mickey Mouse pattern on it, two books that came with stickers, and a Disney button. It was an interesting experience. It was definitely very different from shopping at a regular Goodwill store. At the outlet you had to dig to find things. Epically the clothes and media such as books.  The prices here were the best part. Our total was under five dollars! It felt so good to cross another item off my bucket list. After my bucket list adventure we went to explore the mission San Louis Obispo de tolosa. We had a little bit of time before our tour started so we went to the gift shop. I got some nice souvenires there. It was a beautiful day to explore the mission. There was so much to see, like a well an oven, and bells. If you get a chance this mission is worth exploring. Plus there is also a museum inside. After exploring the mission we went to Whole Foods for lunch. After that we went back to the hotel to rest before the concert. The concert was at this amphitheater that was part of a winery. It was a very pretty venue. Before the show I waited in a very long line to get a t-shirt and hat but it was so worth it! I have a few Alice Cooper shirts but I hadn’t gotten a new one in a while. The show its self was amazing as always. I’ve been to a good amount of Alice Cooper shows and it’s always exciting! I loved singing along to some of my favorite songs like Escape, Poison, Bed of Nails, and School’s Out! I wish I would have been closer to the stage but I plan on getting a better seat the next time I go to one of his shows. However his show is always amazing no matter where I’m sitting! I plan on going to another show of his before the year is over. The next day it was time to head back home. We made a few stops before we officially got back home. Two of the places we stopped where Starbucks (as always) and the Madonna Inn. Outside of the Madonna Inn there was a really cool cow art piece that we took pictures with. It was a really awesome weekend.

Texas vacation part 4 and bucket list numbers #188 and #216

Hello , my bucket list friends I had a really wonderful time in Texas and the night I’m about to tell you about where I crossed two things off my bucket list was easily one of the best nights of my life ! So let’s get going !

Texas vacation part 4 and bucket list numbers #188 and #216

My vacation was already amazing but on Tuesday night I went to an Alice Cooper concert and I crossed two items off my list . I would consider both of these items to be on the harder side to cross off but I crossed them both off in one night . The items I crossed off are #188 go back stage at a concert and number #216 meet Alice cooper !  It was such an amazing night but I’m getting ahead of myself . I was very blessed to have the opportunity to meet Alice Cooper It is an expensive ticket to get and I’m still paying for it but it was so worth it ! The night started with a VIP tour of the stage . It was so amazing to get to be on the stage where Alice Cooper was going to be preforming that night ! I got to take pictures with some of the props on stage including the famous guillotine !  I loved being on stage and also getting to walk backstage and seeing some of the equipment that goes in to making the show a success.  As for the show it’s self I was in the 2nd row ! It was so amazing to see everything that close up ! I felt like I was part of the show ! I got some great pictures because I was so close .It was truly a breathtaking show. I got a guitar pick and an Alice Cooper $100.00  bill with his face on it . My mom had a separate ticket and was in a different section but she said she liked her seat and had a good view of the show . After the show it was time for a dream of mine to come true , I was going to meet Alice Cooper ! I went backstage and waited with the other people who where going to meet him . The room where we were going to meet him was very nice and there were lots of places to sit .While we were waiting some of the band walked by and I high -fived one of  the band members Alice Cooper’s daughter walked by as well  I really felt like a true VIP that night . All of the VIP’s got these awesome Alice Cooper tote bags with posters inside for him to sign . I also brought his book for him to sign I got that book in high school and I told him how I had to put it away in class because it was making me laugh so hard ! Meeting Alice Cooper was one of the happiest moments of my life ! I could not stop smiling ! He was easy to talk to and very nice . I wish I would have talked to him a little more than I did but I was too busy smiling and being in the moment . I asked him to sign my arm right underneath where my school’s out tattoo is, he did and he drew a little cross as well underneath his name . After meeting Alice Cooper I met up with my mom outside and we headed back to the hotel . It was a night for the record books ! Rock on – Christina Epperly
