Goodbye 2025

Hello, my bucket list friends! It is crazy that I’m writing this right now ! This year really surprised me with how fast it went by. I’m still going to catch up with my 2025 blog posts but I will also be writing about my adventures in 2026 at the same time to prevent me from getting even more behind. 2025 was a year that was full of adventure, learning , resilience, creativity, and most of all faith. I crossed off a good amount of bucket list items this year. I have not counted them yet but I will in another blog post. Some of this year’s highlights included going to Las Vegas, getting a new tattoo, going on three different road trips, (including two during the summer) , visiting Idaho twice, going to a few different zoos, going to two Mets game, my summer mall weekend, spending time with some of my favorite people ,going to Salvation Mountain, doing lots of shopping, and creating art. I also turned 35 this year and that is hard for me to believe. I don’t feel like I am 35 but truth is truth. Anyways, overall this year was a good one that was full of many blessings. I got back into teaching Sunday school and I attended two wreath making events at my church. I’m looking forward to all the blessings that 2026 has in store. I hope all of you had a blessed year.

Going to a local zoo, celebrating July 4th, shopping at Target and other July fun.

Hello, my bucket list friends, I’m excited to continue telling you about my summer adventures. I had some fun adventures in early July that I’m excited to share with you, including going to the same local zoo that I went to as a kid. With all that being said, let’s get to it!

July 1st – The first day of this month was a normal work day. I got coffee, and I went to work. However, I did get some Claire’s items at work, including lip gloss and a pair of cupcake earrings. I miss having that Claire’s display at my work. It was so fun seeing the new items that would come out every season.

July 2nd – This way the day that I went to my local zoo. I’ve been going here since I was a kid, but It had been a while since my last visit. It was not an inexpensive trip, so I probably will not go back anytime soon. However, I did have a good time. I loved seeing the capybaras the most. They were so much fun to watch. I also enjoyed the barnyard area. While I was at the zoo, I got to do one of my favorite things. I got to go on a carousel. There was also a gift shop and I got a magnet there. It was a fun day at the zoo. After the zoo we go lunch and after that I got to see my cousin. It was a wonderful summer day.

July 3rd. – On this day I got iced coffee and I went to work but I did wear my Mets shirt. I love being a Mets fan!

July 4th – the 4th of July is one of my my favorite holidays. On this 4th of July, my parents and I went out to eat, and then we went to a minor league baseball game that had fireworks after. The fireworks show there is always amazing every time I’ve seen it year’s was no different. I also got a big soft pretzel. I had a great time celebrating the fourth this year.

July 5th. I did not really do anything on this day, but I did wear my Mets shirt again! Let’s go, Mets!

July6th- On this day, I went to Trader Joe’s. I got a coloring page and some 4th of July stickers! I love the stickers that trader Joes has they are just so cute !

July 7th – On this day, I went to Target after I got coffee. I got some really cool Barbie pens and a folder. I also got a Barbie Doll ,craft kits and Joy ride candy. It was a good Target shopping trip.

Thank you for reading about some of my July fun.

A party for no reason and the Bay Area Travel show

Hello, my bucket list friends, I’m excited to tell you about two fun things I did last weekend. I know that I still have not crossed off any list items this year , yet this summer will be a different story . With all that being said, now let’s get to it.

3/15/ 2025

A party for no reason – Part of me likes working on Saturdays because that means I get to have a weekday off and I like having weekdays off because things are less crowed and and its easier to do what I need to do on the weekdays. However, on the 15th, I felt like my coworkers and I could use a party since we were having to work on a day that most people had off. Even though most of us who were there work every Saturday. I just felt like we needed a party. I ordered pizza and cake to be delivered. I also ordered some stickers and a bath bomb for myself. Oh, and I got these super cute bunny plates. I had a great time having a party for no reason with my coworkers. I hope I get the urge to do this again sometime.

3/16/2025 – On this day, my mom and I went to the Bay Area Travel show. I had a great time when I went last year. I even got to ask the host of the Amazing Race a question. This year, I did not know any of the speakers. We spent our time at the travel show exploring the different booths. I plan to add some more items to my list next month, and the booths at the Travel Show provided some great inspiration. The booth at the Travel show handed out different items such as stickers, lip balm, and pens. One booth even had shoe charms. We ate lunch at the show, and we got to see some dancers perform. One more highlight of the show was that I got to see a giant bunny. He was so cute and soft! I had a good time at this show, and I hope to go back next year.

A craft faire, a light show, and my first NFL game

Hello, my bucket list friends! I did some exciting stuff in December that I did not get around to blogging about, so I’m going to write about it now, so let’s get to it

December 7th, 2024

On this day, I went to one of my favorite local events that happens every year. That event is the holiday craft faire. There is a vendor that has the cutest soaps. I love the soap that has toys inside. I got a few soaps that had toys in them, but close to that booth, I saw another one that I knew I had to check out! This booth was full of pens, key chains, straw toppers, and more! I got some pens ,a key chain, and some straw covers. I alao got coffee while I was at the event.  I very much enjoyed the 2024 craft faire, and im looking forward to going again this year.

December 10th, 2024

On this day I went to Fantasy of lights. This is a local event that started when i was young. I have loved going to this fun drive-through light show ever since it started. I don’t go every year and  unfortunately the prices have increased a lot over the years. However, I really wanted to go, so I paid the high price because I knew I would be upset if I had to miss this event due to money. Honestly, I’m glad I decided to pay the high price because I had a great time going to this event with my parents. I got to see my favorite light displays from when I was a kid, but I also got to see some new displays. I loved the beautiful light up flowers that they had. I’m so blessed that I got to enjoy this year’s event! I loved seeing the bear climb the candy cane again!

December 12 2024

On the day I went to my first NFL game. I was given tickets and I was so thankful! I took a friend who also had never been to an NFl game before. Due to rain there was a bad accident that caused lots of traffic that made us very late. We got there at halftime. However, we still managed to have a great time! We got some great pictures and had some food.  It was so cool seeing a game in person since I have watched many games on TV before. I hope I get to go to another game sometime.

Thanks for reading about the fun events I went to in December 2024!
