2026 – just a bucket list dream

Hello, my bucket list friends! I know I’ve been going back and forth between writing about this year and last year but I decided to write my two main posts about February back to back. I feel like I’m getting more caught up that way by finishing the main part of my February posts first. However after this post I will write another post about August . Now ,that you know my blogging schedule let’s dive into this blog post about life at the end of February.

2/21- On this day I went to Safeway. I got some Barbie surprise eggs. These eggs have cool Barbie themed items inside. I also got a coloring craft kit there. I also went to Walgreens I got some cute duck toys and a squishy toy craft kit. This was a good February day . It was also a beautiful sunny day.

2/22 – I did two art projects on this day! The first project was a simple coloring craft kit. I had fun coloring a cute wooden caterpillar. I love that there were different patterns to color on the craft and not just circles. I love how colorful this craft looked when I was done. This was a very simple craft but I really enjoyed it. The 2nd craft kit that I did was a foam ice cream craft. My favorite part of this kit was the sparkly sprinkles. I had fun sticking them on the ice cream project. Later that day I went to Safeway again and I got a fun package of Easter stickers. I’m happy that I had time to be creative on this day.

2/24 – On this day I went to work. My highlight of my work day was getting to have a cannonball drink. However, After work I finally did something that I had been wanting to do for a long time. I finally applied to be on reality TV. I have no idea if my application will go anywhere. However, I feel good that I was finally brave enough to record a short video and submit it. Even if I never hear back I’m glad I did this.

2/26 on this day I went to the mall and I got a much needed massage. I also went shopping at Claire’s. My favorite thing that I got at Claire’s was a hat with bows on it. I also got some bracelets and earrings there .While I was at the mall I went to The Hallmark store and I got a bunch of stickers. Hallmark is a great place to find cute stickers. I also went to the Target that was attached to the mall. I got some JoyRide candy , erasers shaped like different kinds of food, and more. I also went to Taco Bell in the food court. I put my order under the name Alice because I’m a huge Alice Cooper fan and sometimes it’s fun to use a different name. This was a really good day.

2/27 – This day I got to do something really awesome. I got to see my amazing friend Amy. We went to a bunch of different places including a book store , a toy store , CVS, and Togos. I bought some fun items on this day including a coloring book that came with crayons and stickers, a sheet of animal stickers, a pack of Easter toys, a set of bracelets and more. However, the best part of the day was getting to spend time with Amy. It is a lot harder to spend time with your friends than it should be. I love it when I get time to see a friend so this day was a great day.

2/28 – This was the last day of the month. I went to Walgreens I got some fun Easter Items including a pack of Easter toys and some puffy Peeps stickers. After that I went to Trader Joes. I got a box of my mango bars but I also go some stickers and a coloring page. I ended this short month on a high note.

Some fabulous February moments

Hello, my bucket list friends ! It may be April but I’m going to tell you about February . I had some fun moments in February that I’m excited to tell you about so let’s get to it.

2/3/ 2026 – On this day I got some more Kinder Joy eggs. They are truly one of my favorite things.

2/4/2026 -On this day I went to the Dollar Tree . I got some fun Valentine’s Day items . I love the heart shaped rings I got. I also love the stickers, craft kits , stamps, and beads that I got. The Dollar Tree is a fun place to shop and I love it when I get to go.

2/5/2026 – On this day I went to Trader Joe’s. I got some cookies and free stickers! Oh and I got a free coloring page too.

2/7/2026 – This was the day that I went to my favorite local party store. I got some fun items including a roll of stickers and some erasers shaped like ladybugs and bees. I also got some small little toys. I love going shopping here because I used to go here as a kid. A lot of things have changed since I was a kid but this place is very similar to how it used to be. You can’t go back in time but sometimes you can go back to some nostalgic places. Another thing I got here on this day was a paper flower craft kit. That night I created a paper flower bouquet. I really enjoyed doing this craft kit since it was a little different from the kits I usually do. ( you can read more about it HERE )

2/10/2026 – A car appointment gave me an opportunity to go to a mall that I don’t usually go to. This mall has a Claire’s and that is my favorite mall store. I’m happy to say that I got some fun items on clearance. I got earrings, necklaces and more. This mall also has a used book store so of course I had to go there! I found some cool books there. I also went to a Target that was apart of the mall . I got some cute duck toys and a craft kit. I also got a pretzel at the mall it was a good day.

2/12/2026 – This was a great day because I went to Hobby Lobby. I went to get some Easter items. I got lots of fun Easter items including craft kits, and stickers. There were also a lot of spring items that were available. I was so excited! There were just so many great craft kits. Before I knew it my hands were full and I had to go get a basket. I was so happy with all of my finds I had a big smile on my face. I really do love this store . I got so many fun craft kits and stickers on this day.

2/13 -On this day I went to work but I also went to Safeway and I got a surprise egg with a plush toy inside and a set of four fluffy chicks. Also my wonderful friend came by and saw me and work.

2/14 – On this day I went back to Safeway and I got a large surprise egg that had a bunch of different toys inside. I also went to Trader Joe’s and I got a bag of cookies and some very cute stickers!

2/19 – It was a great day for a Target run. On this Target run I got stickers, pens, straw covers, craft kits, and more! I found some cute Peeps duck toys in the Dollar spot. I love shopping at Target and I’m glad I got to go on this day.

2/20 – today was a good day to be creative . I painted a wooden bee. I like the way this project turned out. My favorite part of this project was painting dots on the wings of the bees. Yay for painting!

Things I love January 2026

Hello, my bucket list friends! I feel like it has been way to long since I’ve written a things I love post. My work schedule has been allover the place so I have a hard hard time with blogging consistently. However I still love blogging and I will continue sharing my everyday adventures on this blog. With that being said let’s get to the Things I loved in January 2026.

My Florida vacation – I went on a truly amazing vacation this month. Some highlights included the Crayola Experience, Epcot, Going to the Rainforest cafe, and going on some amazing amusement park rides. ( You Can read about it HERE )

Crossing items off of my bucket list – I crossed three items of my bucket this month. ( You can read about it HERE and HERE )

Going shopping at hobby lobby – I have fallen in love with Hobby Lobby and I’m so happy I got to go this month. ( You can read about it HERE )

Kinder Joy eggs – Ok, I got so many Kinder Joy eggs this month. There were just some really great toys and I was very excited to collect them. ( you can read about it HERE and HERE )

Buying valentines day items – I have found that it is best to buy seasonal items as soon as they come out. This month I got some great Valentine’s items. ( You can read about it HERE and HERE )

art projects – I did some fun art projects this month . Art is one of my favorite hobbies! ( You can read more about it HERE )

Seeing my friend on the first day on the month – I started off the month and the year in a wonderful way by seeing my amazing friend. ( You can read about it HERE )

The first 7 days of 2026 !

Hello, my bucket list friends! It is now February and that blows my mind. Every year seems to go by just a little bit faster or it could be that my life is very busy and when you are busy time seems to go by faster. Anyways I thought I would write a post about the first seven days of the year. I hope this year is treating all of you well! with all that being said let’s get to it.

January 1st 2026 – This was the first day of a brand new year and I started it off in the best way possible. I spent time with my friend Amy. We met at Target. I got some really great items at Target including some Squishmallow Valentines Day cards that come with stickers. Other fun items I got were a craft kit, two bead kits, stickers, heart shaped pasta and Joy Ride candy. I also got some Target stickers. I had a great time walking around Target with my friend. After Target we went to the Dollar Tree. I got some Barbie Valentine’s Day cards, stickers, surprise toys and more! It was a prefect start to the year. That night I also made some Christmas shaped pasta.

January 2nd 2026 – On this day I went to work. I love being able to work at Starbucks because I get to smell coffee all day and I even get to drink some too.

January 3rd 2026 – On this day I had work very early. On my lunch break I went back to my old work also known as Walgreens. I had a great time buying some valentines items including a container of squishy bears and a container of pop toys. I also got some rubber ducks, a pen with a fuzzy heart on top and squishmallow clip. Oh I also got my favorite body wash. After work I went to my favorite used book store. Where I got some American Girl books, some mystery books, and a My little pony book.

January 4th – This was a another work day so it was another day that I got to drink coffee. I also made nachos.

January 5th – On this day I went to Target . I got a bunch of Valentines day items including two craft kits, stickers, and a surprise squishmallow. I love going to Target so much but I also know that if you want to buy seasonal items you need to buy them early. I’m glad I was able to buy some more Valentine’s day items on this day!

January 6th – On this day I had an early shift where I was up before the sun. I went to Safeway before work. I got food but I also got Valentine’s day cards that came with erasers. After work I went to CVS I some some fun things including an art kit.

January 7th – On this day I went to Safeway I got some Kinder Joy eggs that have some super cute prizes inside. I also had a great drink of course.

So yeah that was my first seven days of the year! Have the best year everyone !!

Reviewing my 2025 goals and setting my 2026 goals

Hello, my bucket list friends ! A new year means new goals. However ,before I set my goals for this year I want to look back on last years goals and see what I was able to accomplish last year. I’m excited to set new goals for this year and I’m also excited to hopefully get caught up with last years posts so let’s get to it!

My goals for last year ( 2025)

Cross off 10 or more bucket list items. – I crossed off 11 items this year. ( You can read about it HERE )
Go to Las Vegas – Yes this was such a fun trip I crossed off some bucket list items during this trip.
Read 20 or more books – nope
Start making You Tube videos again – nope
post 10 or more short stories online nope
make my credit score go even higher – nope ( I’m writing nope a lot )
cover up one of my tattoos that I really want to cover up – and another nope
finally get the starfish tattoo that I have been wanting – Yes ! I love the way it looks
Do a 5k race – No, I wish the color run would come back to my area
buy a Lisa Frank item at the thrift store – Yes, in Idaho I found a Lisa frank item at the thrift store.
take loss prevention classes – I did take a loss prevention class and I got a certificate. It was just one class but I will count it.
Go to 3 or more concerts – no concerts are so expensive now it just did not happen
Go to a state that I have not been to before – No I did go on some fun vacations this year adventures this year but it was to states that I had been to before.
get out of my comfort zone – Yes, I did this. This is going to be a long answer but, In November I experienced some of the worst OCD symptoms that I have ever had .I kept ignoring my worsening mental health. I tried to convince myself that I could handle it on my own. However, It got to a point where I could no longer ignore what was going on with my health. I made the difficult choice to go on medical leave so that I could focus on getting better. Choosing to go on leave was a big step out of my comfort zone but I’m glad I did.
Clean up my room and put more items in my storage unit – I did put more items in my storage unit but my room is still the mess it usually is lol
Do something amazing for my 35th birthday – When I first put this goal on the list I was thinking amazing as in like a big party or a trip. However ,on my birthday I ended up doing the simple things that I love. I went to a painting studio where I got to paint a flamingo. I had a fun time being creative. I also went to TJ Maxx and I did a pickup order at Target. Then I went to dinner at one of my favorite local places and I got a verry yummy carrot cake at the store. I enjoyed the day that I welcomed my 35th year. The day was filled with doing the simple things that I love. I also got coffee. The day was amazing to me so I’m going to consider this goal complete.
post 100 Instagram reels – It looks I got close but I didn’t meet my goal .
Add 10 or more items to my bucket list – yes, I added a bunch of items because I decided to freeze adding new items to my list for five years so this year I made a bunch of additions to my list. For the next five years I’m going to focus on crossing off the items that I have on my list already.
make chalk art – Yes, during the summer my friend and I went to a park and made some fun chalk art creations. I really had a great time
feel like I’ve been productive this year – Yes, 11 list items crossed off plus a new job. helped to make me feel like I had a productive year.
