bucket list #142 make a perfect cupcake

Hello, my bucket list friends ! I’m so happy right now because I crossed another item off my bucket list ! I’m so excited to tell you about it ! Here we go !

bucket list #142 make a perfect cupcake

It was kind of hard at first to figure out what kind of cupcake to make since perfect is a matter of opinion . After some thinking I decided the prefect cupcake would have the following qualities. First they would need to be easy to make but they would also need include peppermint and my little pony decorations . I decided the best thing to do would be to use a box cake mix and then decorate the cupcakes with crushed candy canes and My Little Pony decorations.  I ordered two different kinds of My Little Pony cupcake decorations. The first ones that I ordered were cute plastic rings with My Little Ponies on them but after I ordered them it looked like it might take them a while to get to me. I decided to order  some other My little pony cupcakes toppers as well. These cupcake toppers were little tooth picks with ponies on top ! Buying everything else was pretty simple .Cake mix, frosting, and candy canes are pretty easy to find. Once I had everything I needed it was time to get baking ! Once I started to get everything together I realized that the vegetable oil in the kitchen was expired after searching the internet I found out that you could use butter instead .Then it was really time to get baking ! First I preheated the oven and then I put together all the ingredients as the box instructed . After I mixed everything together it was time to pour the batter into the cupcake pan  . I found some really cute cupcake liners in the cabinet that had balloons on them . After pouring the batter in the liners I put them in the oven and set the timer . After the cupcakes were baked perfectly I let them cool and then I put the rest of the batter in the oven .  When all the cupcakes were cooled they were ready to be frosted and decorated . The Cupcakes were very easy to frost with the premade frosting  and then I sprinkled the cupcakes with the peppermint that I crushed up . The last step was to put on the pony decorations. My cupcakes were really perfect and tasty ! I’m glad I crossed this fun item off my list .
